2018 Lexus LS 500
I have a LS 500 with luxury package and the noise from the inside of car was unbearable. Took it to dealership in Houston Sterling McCall Lexus and they informed me that the noise maybe the sunroof and they would need to break it down and charge me 1500 to see the problem. Now that extremely unheard and since it their flagship and with luxury package they should have done it to find out … concerns with dual sunroof and the future problem with other models. Also it should be something covered under warranty since it structural concerns and not wear and tear. They refuse to do the job without charging me for the work.
