I called a dealer in Albany, NY and sent them a picture and they called me with a part number within minutes and a cost of $35.00 And it will be here in the AM.. If Customer Service had taken this route with me in Westfield instead of putting me off for wks. I would not be writing this so needless to say Customer Service stinks here !!! Also the Manager (forget his name) was very young but very attentive and complimented Tony’s style to a tee. I tried to buy a new truck at Colonial last December and they tried to pressure me. It didn’t work and I waited a year. I really didn’t want to go back but a friend bought a new truck their last month and referred Tony. He truly is an asset to your establishment. I also have not been happy with tour service dept over the last several years but have been assured that they have improved. I certainly hope so. There are many.
