Warrenton dealership is amazing. I had bought a truck from Tyson's Sheehy 16 yrs ago and I thought they were great....NOPE the Warrenton dealership location impressed me even more. I went first in March to test drive a Mustang Convertible. Mathias Nace was the salesman who helped me. I told him that I was doing research to see what I wanted. He listened, gave me some ideas and I left. Mathias check in a couple of time....but was not over bearing or pushy. I was looking for a very specific color and interior, I found the car at Sheehy Springfield. I tried to deal with them. I called them, the sales guys would not listen to me, did not answer my questions, they were ridiculous to deal with. So Thursday evening, I called and spoke to the Manager Tim Veltsistas, he said no problem...They could bring the car to their lot. 2 days later (today) I was at the Warrenton location to test drive it. The entire team was amazing.!! They gave me top dollar for my trade in, the finance person- Billy Pelaez found me the best interest rate, even called the Bank to pull my payment down a bit more for me. He then worked some deals on the warranty & VIP package. I arrived at 1pm....was walking out at 3:15p with keys in hand....Just Amazing !!

Ourisman Honda of Laurel is the worst dealership in the area. The experience I had with them was unbelievable. They are very dishonest with their customers and the customer service is the worst. I had made a deal with one of the sales people on a bottom line number however, I asked several times about the mileage on the 2019 vehicle I had planned to purchase from them. I was told that the cars were brand new. Therefore, I am thinking as a consumer brand new means little miles like 15 or less, give or take. Well the sales person decided to tell me the real miles while I was in route to the dealership. It was 128 on one car and 50 on the other. If I wanted a demo car, I would have asked for one. I called the owner of Ourisman and never heard back from him; one of the rude managers called from corporate by the way was useless. I spoke with the GM and he stated that the cars are brand new. I told him that I specifically asked for little miles and that it was deceitful to tell me while I was in route that the cars had that many miles. The GM, also told me that there is no car dealership that will have a car with less than 30 miles on them. I told him that is NOT true because I had purchased a new car before and it had 12 miles. Nonetheless, after all the unnecessary back and forth with the dealership I took my business elsewhere where they had five cars of my choice with 6-14 miles on the cars. Keep driving pass Ourisman Honda of Laurel because you will not receive the customer you should receive especially when you are paying cash.

I had been researching cars for a few months before deciding test drive them. I was deciding between 3-4 different makes and models. Tansky Toyota was the second dealership I had visited in search of my new car. Immediately walking into the building I was greeted and could already tell that I was going to have a great car shopping experience here. I test drove the RAV 4 and loved it. Before leaving for the test drive, the car salesman had went over every feature in the car. I was appreciative since my older car doesn’t have many of the features this new car has. They didn’t have A RAV 4 with features that I wanted in stock due to COVID. Bryan Barrett, one of the sales managers had said that there was one in freight that would hopefully be arriving soon with the features that I was looking for. I loved the car, but wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have buyers remorse, so I needed to drive the other model that I was considering.
