My 2021 Toyota Tacoma

This is my 3rd new Tacoma in 17 years and each vehicle I'm blown away with technological advancement Toyota packs into this midsize truck. I can honestly say I feel like I'm driving a luxury car down the street, not a pickup truck. From the self locking tailgate to the collision avoidance package is no wonder why Toyota Tacoma is hands down the best midsize truck you can buy. With these uncertain times there's one thing you can be certain of, Toyota Tacoma retains it's resale value better than any vehicle you can buy! It's a privilege to buy a new car or truck why would anyone ever consider loosing thousands of dollars the minute you drive off the lot, my Toyota Tacoma is an investment in my future.

I,m Back

I've owned Tacoma,s before they were Tacoma,s. 81, 84, 87, 90, 93, 96-T100. They were nuclear proof back then. The T-100 was a lemon and Toyota initially would not stand behind their product so I have not owned another Toyota until now ( 2021--62 year old ). 2021 LB DC Sport Auto, No, I am not part of this so called TACO CULT. It was because of the Taco cult and Covid 19 I had to pay MSRP( 42K ) for the vehicle but the trade in price for the 2018 Nissan lemon Titan was unbelievable so that made up the difference ( got lucky there ). The truck is simple and straight forward---smooth--manageable---solid. I,ve owned my Tacoma for 1.5 months now without a glitch--already beat the Titan. The only criticism I have is the seating---The only thing I liked about the Nissan was the zero gravity seats which in my view are the best in the automotive industry. I've already modified the drivers seat with a so called zero gravity seat cushion--helped a lot but still not Nissan seat quality---I might add that is the only thing I liked about the Nissan, the rest of the vehicle was junk. Hopefully Toyota has retained its reliability---time will tell.

Comfortable interior, great durability, lots of bells and whistles come standard, great safety rating- love my four- door - kids fit in and still room for backpacks. Got the full size bed, which is great for hauling just about anything.

Coming from a 2020 ford ranger that had gas in oil at high amounts The tacoma has 0 questions with its long term. The tacoma has pick up at higher speeds but sluggish at take off . The automatic still hunts for gears when cruising . The quality seems solid . The mpg are good
