this truck is amazing. 220,000 miles and has never let me down. minor repairs ( windshield wiper motor). I will make sure my next truck is a Tacoma. Had the recall for the rust problem. Took to dealer and they undercoated it. Later found out that if I had taken it to another dealer, I could have got a whole new frame. bummer........but I expect this truck to take it to well over 300,000 and this is in the rust belt, lots of salt on the road, below 0 temps....always started right up. I am a huge fan. I don't know if I will be able to afford a new one when the time comes as they are really expensive now and part of the goodness comes the high resale price to buy used.

This is my 5th truck and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The wider body, fuel economy, and tow capacity make it an excellent compromise to a full size pickup. It offers all of the creature comforts and handles like a car in town. The TRD package with locking differential make it a capable off road vehicle. Performance is surprisingly strong even at altitudes above 10,000 feet.

I have been nothing but impressed by this truck so far. It is very well built and thought out, Toyota got all the details right. It has an ample amount of power, the 6-speed shifts smoothly, it sticks to the road like it's on rails, Heat/AC works very well, the stereo sounds great, and the 4-wheel capability is unmatched. I'm getting 17 mpg city and 20 mpg Hwy. After comparing it to the other trucks on the market, the Tacoma is easily the best buy.

I've always wanted a tacoma and I'm sure I picked the best tacoma yet! With its outstanding reputation, I can't wait to drive it for years to come. It's a great truck!
