Better than Expedition?
Smooth, quiet and powerfull ride. Sways a little too much on turns and brakes need a lot of force to stop. The Expeditions interior lay-out with available Captains chairs and a power flat folding third row seat can't be beat and should be implemented by Toyota. The canopy air bag system in the Ford is also a gret safety feature that all should copy.
We own both 2002 Tahoe & 2003 Sequoia!
Finally a review from someone who owns both! TAHOE pros... acceleration, seat comfort, interior layout, towing, interior lighting. Tahoe cons... engine lite flashes for no reason, steering too sensitive on highway, radio is tinny at low levels, bad mpg, OVERALL 8.5/10 SEQUOIA pros... reliability, exterior styling, power rear window, retractable mirrors Sequoia cons... interior lighting, Seat style/comfort, dash layout (Wiper switch goes on when I put in park!), door mounted swithes are too small!, bad MPG. OVERALL 7.5/10.

fun to drive
this suv is very comfortable. ride is smooth and easy. engine noise and outside noise are minimal. engine supplies adequate power and pickup. i am very satisfiedwith its performance and would recommend this vehicle without reservation.
Lovin' our Sequoia
Wife did her time in a worn '95 Volvo 850 wagon (now with 106K miles). With three kids that are no longer babies, we needed room for them and friends. She loves this car. I think the thing we love the most is how the car rides. It's just very, very comfortable.
