I really like the underlying car with a few minor issues but I find the head unit technology to be seriously inferior. If you check the internet for RAV4 problems you will find dozens of reports of difficulty connecting wirelessly and tons of YouTube videos describing how to fix the problems. Unfortunately, at least in my situation, none of those fixes work. Taking it to the dealeer has so far proven to be an exercise in futility. They are simply refusing to replace the head unit even though I have clearly demonstrated that the problems are with the car. The dealer tells me that their hands are tied by Toyota and Toyota tells me to talk to the dealer. I think that Toyota knows that there are real problems with these head units but are doing their best to hide it and cover it up.

Love the TRD package and trim. Good acceleration, suspension/handling and breaking. Great interior and exterior finishes and great options.

I don't have a clue what others are complaining about. I have NO noise issues with my 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE. It provides a nice, quiet driving experience even when I am on the road with lots of huge semis passing me. I live in the mountains (NC) and this vehicle has no issues handling the roads, inclines, etc. I don't even have to use special driving modes as Eco handles everything just fine. The controls are easy, the car is great on gas mileage. I'm happy with it. I agree that the Android Auto system does not seem to like my Samsung S9 phone. It is working, but it likes to disengage. Overall, this is the best car I have ever driven.

Just what I Wanted ! Handles well, responsive for a 4 cyl. Clean and sharp. Like the low mileage 16,300 for a 2023. Did not have a power lift gate or power garage door capability on mirror as XLE. However these are not essentials and I’m gonna drive it a long time hopefully !!
