Used 1994 Toyota Pickup Extended Cab Consumer Reviews
1994 DLX 3.0
I have a 1994 Toyota DLX 3 liter, 4wd, 5 speed manual truck. It has been across the country several times. I bought it in Tucson, Arizona at 194,000 miles in 2015 and it currently has 301,000 miles and it still runs great. I bought it as a road trip vehicle and for the first two years I owned it, I drove it to all 49 landlocked states. It has wintered in Denver, Colorado, and for the last two years in New Hampshire. I had to replace the clutch, radiator, timing belt and exhaust system. All other costs were personal upgrades or due to an accident I got into with it. It has been the most reliable vehicle that I've ever owned, and I hope it has many more miles to offer.

Impressive little truck
I purchased this truck to drive back and forth to college. I needed something good on gas but something that I could also drive in the winter time in our unpredictable weather. But after i was done with college i decided to keeo the truck i put a lot of miles on it in a pretty short period of time and it runs just as good as the day i first drove. No mechanical defects. Well built. Built to last and built right. Toyota tuff.

Reliable
This truck was bought with 140k and has had some minor wear and tear problems. Such as radiator, battery, alternator but nothing major. This is a great truck has been able to handle lot of demand (Houston traffic). Now it has over 250k and keeps going. Great investment. Have had many offers and has never been for sale.
good
Timing chain went at 137,000 miles. $700 to fix. Ran well till 246.000 miles. $1550 to replace motor with rebuilt and still going strong. Would buy another in a heart beat if the kids were still small, but after 8 years it's getting hard for them to ride in the back. Would still have the original motor in it but head gasket, timing chain replace would have been the same price. great little truck.
Ros Review
I have owned a 1990 Nissan 4x4 and now this one and the Toyota has the most power. I liked the interior of the Toy more to. I have found it easer to find 3rd party addons for the Toyota to. And there are more Toyotas in the wrecking yard to get parts off of then others.
