Used 1994 Toyota Pickup Consumer Reviews
1994 toyota pickup
Great utilitarian truck. this is not for someone who expects their truck to drive or feel like a car. Very impressed with reliability. this truck can go anywhere... 4Low and go! With decent tires this truck is unstoppable! Respectable fuel economy for a truck.
what you see is what you get
Second owner, bought at 76k miles. Only work done is brakes, shocks, tires, battery, exhaust. Still has original clutch at 104K miles! Runs like new, still looks great (with salt every winter), interior still looks great.

I'm gonna miss her.
My dad got this truck in '95 used off a lot with less than 20k on it the original engine went at 258K and we put a new one in and now it has 13k on it. The truck is a tank and unfortunately has been hit several times by drunk drivers or idiots who don't know what stop signs are. Every time we get her fixed someone comes to ruin it for us. She just got t-boned and took major body damage but the frame is still perfect and she drives like a charm none the less. I am going to miss my baby. She was a good truck to my whole family and never had any major problems just fair wear and tear. I just wish the insurance would cover her this one last time. Goodbye Bernadette.
Getting you money's worth... 1994 Toyota
I just bought this vehicle a month ago with 133,000 miles from my dad who was meticulous about the maintenance. Had no reservations about the purchase. Plan on keeping it until 200k. No interior rattles or squeaks, unlike the 2000 Ford Explorer it replaces. The 22RE has plenty of love left to give, great gas mileage, smooth ride. What more can you ask of a 10-year old vehicle?
Best truck
I purchased this truck in 1998 for $10K with 42,000 miles. Currently at 145,000 miles and nothing has broken. Aggressive maintenance practices using only factory parts have proven to be effective. The best truck I've ever owned - the 22RE engine is the finest example of Japanese engineering, wish the top 3 auto makers in the US would model their quality design efforts.
