Love At First Sight

Everywhere I go people stop me to talk about my FJ. I have the black cherry pearl and live in the mountains, so I rinse it off every other day so it will always look its best when I go out. Everyone loves the color and the different style. I used to own a 77 FJ 40 Land Cruiser which I dearly loved, so I really like the retro features. The ride is excellent. I will never take it off road, but I live 2 1/2 miles off the main road and we get a lot of snow, so I am anxious to use the 4X4. My dream car used to be a 4Runner, but this was love at first sight. Lots of power. My mechanic says real heavy duty frame and great engine accessibility. Love it.

When I turned 18 I bought the FJ. I loved it for its cool design on the outside and the inside. The 4 wheel drive system is great in the snow because every wheel senses when thye are slipping and transfers more power to it, also the tight ride is great for handling at high speeds.

The vehicle speaks to Toyota's continued committment to quality, reliability, value and importance of carrying on an off road tradition with the highest integrity. A commendable achievement in itself that is only strengthened by the implementation of technology and ingenuity that allows us weekend warriors to drive to work in comfort and style. Well done Toyota!

Just picked the FJ up and had a good amount of winter weather blow in. The FJ handled the snow and ice with no problems. Time will tell on the over all reliability. I have almost 500 miles on it and have nothing bad to say so far.

We've only owned it for a week, but we are just thrilled with it. It had its first off-road trip 2 days ago and did extremely well. Its ride is much smoother than we would have expected from such a rugged vehicle. And it's cute as all get-out!
