Random Fire in the Cylinders

I am disappointed with my Corolla. The engine light has come on 3 times with an error code of P30 (random misfiring in the cylinders). I have had it serviced 2 times and they have turned off the light..sluffing it off as nothing. Now the engine light has come on for a third time and it runs really rough. Not only has my Toyota Corolla CE failed my expectations for reliability..it has failed my expectations for servicing.

I have a 98' LE and now an 01' "S". After having a 98' w/over 100,000K. I have purchased the "S" due to Toyota's outstanding reliability, and quality I have come to appreciate over the years. So far these two vehicles have been the best purchase's ever. After having an 00' Accord EX-V6 (too many transmission and engine problems) and a 02' Volvo S60(electrical). I'm happy and now a Toyota owner for life. Now looking to purchase an 05' XRS for me and an 05'Prius for my mom.

The Economy Car that Will Last

I own a 2001 Toyota Corolla S model with 60,000 miles on it, and the car runs like brand new. The only alteration I did was put a cold air intake, and a universal Injen Muffler on it, and the car is faster than it appears. 25% more horse power, and even better on fuel economy. Not to say it was bad before, but I needed more power from the 135 that I had before. Overall quality and reliability is what I get from this car. You never have to worry about it breaking down on the side of the road. If you ever get this car new the only negative thing is that the manufactures tires are not very good, make sure you spend some good money on some good tires, and this car will make you very happy!

I bought this car used with 54000 miles on it and It has had no problems. I love the compact, but still spacious on the inside. I was driving and I was rear ended by an SUV HARD!!! I got it repared and it is still like new now. Just showes the reliability and duribility.
