Used 1993 Toyota Camry Consumer Reviews
A Beast Truly Dazling
Toyota made a big mistake when they made this car I'm sure they did not intend on making it last as long as it does I just am at a loss of words. I really don't know where to begin I think I'll just say the cons if I can think of any I'm speechless.. all's I have to say if you can get your hands on one that hasn't been molested by Tom Dick and Harry get it it's just a dream come true the gas mileage is awesome it's not too big it's not too small it's super quiet when you put up the windows you might have to replace the rubber seals around the windows if they're worn out so you could have achieved complete solitude when you're driving down the highway people just look at you in this car and they just say man that guy is smart smart guy I mean yeah would I rather be driving a brand new Lexus hellyeah but I'm not I got this car for 900 bucks as it has 200,000 miles on it and it feels like I just rolled out off the lot brand new like incredible get one if you can that's all I have to say hearts are ultra-cheap if you ever need any man they don't make them like this anymore

Very Little if any Problems
I've been a proud owner of mine for since this last March, and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I've done the normal general maintenence, oil change, undercoating, blah blah. The most recent problem was a CV Shaft replacement, and that was taken care of before I bought it. I've no major complaints about the car overall, it's a nice quiet ride, when I'm not blasting that Dolby Surround Sound system ;) and it handles extremely well. Gas mileage is what I expected from a Toyota, very good.

A great vehicle!
We have owned this wagon since it was new. Often we have thought of trading for a new wagon, but there just doesn't seem to be anything comparable in the same size and price range. Here we are 13 years later and still waiting for a wagon as roomy, powerful, reliable and economical as the Camry! Current resale is around 2500.00, what a joke! This car is such a value vs. the cost of a Volvo or Audi, I guess we will just keep on ridin'. Someone please start making wagons like this again!
I wish they still made these
I bought this Camry in Anchorage, Alaska with 152,000 miles on it. It has been a fantastic vehicle. It now has traveled 185,000 miles and it still gets 19 city 26 hwy mpg, runs like a top, performs well, and is very comfortable for a large person (6' 2" 230 lb). And everything still works! The only thing I would change if I could is to have a Camry wagon like this with AWD. That would truly be a car for the long term.
Excellent Basic Transportation
Bought at 125,000 miles, only had to replace tires, and distributor. Most reliable vehicle ever owned
