Smooth like quiet driftwood

2012 Camry Hybrid XLE loaded. Bought it second hand with 75k mi. and clean as new. Found out the XLE comes with most all the options which was helpful and 2 miles less per gallon than the LE. The last four tanks earned 39.95 miles per gallon was happy with that because my Acura TSX got 24-25 mi. sold. The Camry runs very quiet and smooth, this is my first time experience owning a hybrid, have experience with a friends 04' Prius HV battery and rebuilt it with used module replacing dead one and it works so far??? Hope all goes well with this one, also see an old fashion oil filter cartridge that needs an update like my Caddy CTS design. Don't press hard on any body skins for they dent easily like tin foil, car weights only 3,500 lbs. so cheapy is her name. Added a LED light strip to front hood to see engine parts more easily also added a pull handle to trunk lid for ease of closing, the weight of those two installments .25 pound. This is one of the best auto's I've owned by far but my Caddy does ride better with 21-25 mpg. gas guzzler. Lots of room in rear seating better than my Caddy in the rear seating. Looking forward to oil changing, brakes, tires what ever is needed and think it should be a breeze. Good luck!

Just bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid - 24k miles. Love the color, the features, the ride, the gas mileage! One odd flaw: for some reason, the driver seat in my very well taken care of pre-owned car is not very comfortable at all! It feels like there is a box under the seat! The cushion just doesn't provide enough comfort - which sucks for me - because I commute about 40 miles one way to work and am stuck in traffic here in Houston more than I'd like. I'm average height and build, so I don't think my size is the issue. The car is a little hard to get used to - hybrids make strange noises that non-hybrids do not! But overall, it rides very smoothly and accelerates like a dream! I'm averaging about 40MPG highway - awesome. I love my new Camry Hybrid - just do NOT think the comfort of the driver's seat is all that great.

A weekend trip to Texas found my TCH leaving a wake in the heavy rain soaked pavement. It did cause me to drive slower then but otherwise there was quite a bit of 75 MPH driving. All in all we covered 681 miles on 16.803 gallons before stopping to fill up. 40.53 MPG = Great for this driving. The car handled well on all surfaces and proved to be quite and comfortable as well as enjoyable to drive. Glad we got it . The local hailstorm saved me 35%. (Well just 25% off of sticker after repairs). Happy as a hog in new mud!

This was a wonderful car in almost every respect. Plenty of interior and trunk space, quiet and comfortable ride and gas mileage that averaged about 40 true mpg. The only real drawbacks were the combination leather and fabric seats (all leather would have been more comfortable and looked better) and the Entune navigation system which was not the easiest to use.

We bought a Camry Hybrid on Dec/2012. I am writing this on April/2013, after 5,500 miles. During the winter we obtained 38-39 mpg (for a whole tank, combined Hw and city). Now in the Spring we are easily getting 40-42 mpg (again, for a whole tank, combined Hw and city). We drive a lot and get a lot of traffic jams in city drive. But we are very happy and satisfied with the millage. Also, the range ("autonomy") for each tank. It avoids being at the gas station all the time.
