Couldn't wait to get rid of it
Major QC issues. Inside covered with dust when delivered. Did not come aligned correctly, suspension made bad or loose spring noises. Steering wheel creaks, not sturdy. Lots of interior rattles. Came on cheap not all season tires. FSD is a total joke on country roads. Tons of crazy panel gaps. Ambient LED lighting was fading in patches around the car within a few months. Interior materials not durable at all. The center armrest creaks if you use it! I also could not make do with 50% range loss in new england winter. The heat pump really does nothing for you at 14 F or below. Yes it is a fast car, but there are a load of problems that come with it. At a loss, I switched back to a toyota and much happier now.

The performance model not just quicker!
Some self-described “car guy” on here said no need to get the P model because of how quick the AWD version is; well, he either isn’t really a car guy or he forgot to drive this thing! The AWD is quick and rides better than my 2020 P model, but the ride and especially the handling, even on the street, is a very significant step up from ANYTHING Tesla has done to date—well worth the peanuts in extra cost. M3/4 you have met your match at half price!

The best overall package
I’m not a fan of Elon Musk’s involvement in politics, but I’ve got to admit—the new Model 3 is hands down the best overall EV you can get in the U.S. right now. Between the easy access to Tesla’s Supercharger network, solid handling, great efficiency, and the best in-car tech experience out there, it’s hard to beat. The software is smooth, intuitive, and way ahead of most competitors. Even the Full Self-Driving (FSD) system, which gets a lot of hate, is actually really impressive. It’s way more capable than people give it credit for—definitely one of the best systems you can use in the U.S. today. Of course, it’s not perfect. Since it’s built in the U.S., you might run into some minor quality issues—like a slightly misaligned center console or some trim not lining up perfectly. But honestly, most of that is cosmetic and Tesla will usually fix it for free if you catch it in the first year. Also, because the car’s so quiet (no engine noise), you’ll probably notice little squeaks and rattles more than you would in a gas car. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind.

How to stop turn signal use
Love my model3 RWD. I had a 2021 standard range plus but it was written off by state farm after my neighbors caught on fire and melted my front bumper and clouded my headlights. Everything worked for weeks before State Farm wrote it off. My new model3 RWD is so much better. I want to shove a perfectly working turn stile stalk up Elon’s ass! 50 years of using turn signals down the drain! Let’s make the button right next to the radio control and make it move while turning! I demand a recall for this alone! New versions have a turn stalk again, I wonder why?
