If your car smells like burnt oil after driving, be sure to check the oil often! I was only 3,800 miles into an oil change and the engine ran out of oil and burnt up, no warning, no panel lights, nothing (and I was watching the gauges like a hawk). Got a rebuilt one for $4600...ouch. Has grinding brakes every now and then, and needed a new catalytic converter (the non-generic one @ $800). Given, this was around 140K miles - car is at 150K now with no more problems. Gas mileage is 23-30, never gotten under 23mpg, even in stop-and-go traffic. I love to drive it around, though - it's great in bad road conditions. Love is gentle, love is kind, love pays for any number of repairs.

I bought this for my first car in summer 2018. it may be older than I am but I love it! I live in an area with holey roads that never get plowed in the winter but this car does just fine! had to have the head gaskets fixed twice before the end of the year, and occasionally it makes some strange sounds but I haven't had any other problems. I've never had an issue starting it in the cold, it warms up very quickly and heated leather seats are a blessing. even for an older car it looks really good, I've had people ask me if it's for sale! only thing I absolutely hate is the cup holders. they're so tiny and they're right in front of the vents and they do feel kinda flimsy. the wood trim around the window controls is kinda falling apart, I've sliced my finger on it a few times. but overall, it's a great car and I feel like it'll last a long time.
