Used 2006 Saturn VUE Base Consumer Reviews
I like it
Rides well, and I love the polymer body. It has saved me on a couple paking lot carriage dings already. The passanger seat is great. When my wife drove, I fell asleep in the car. That never happened in any other vehicle but this one.
Pleased
I have 2400 miles on my new VUE and so far so good. I am particularly enjoying the sound system and overall power and acceleration. I just got back from vacation and we had plenty of room for everything, and you can always add a cargo box if you need more (maybe I'll do that for long camping trips). I am still trying to adjust the seat for maximum comfort since I have found that trips over 30-40 minutes aren't terribly comfortable (I'm only 5'10'' but my knees are little too confined). Overall, very easy and enjoyable to drive.

06 VUE FWD
Have owned it for two years now. I've done all the oil and filter changes myself so other than a few tire rotations, cost to maintain has been very low. Front end started to rumble at 24k, so I has that taken care of at the dealership under warranty, and they said it was the top strut mounts and front disc brake pins. Most of the noise is gone. Drives great, starts up everytime, lots of power, good gas mileage considering the power. I have not experienced the fit and finish problems others have had, but I don't deny they might be there. Hey, it's plastic. It good for highway trips except I wish the bottom seat cushions were bigger (longer) with more thigh support.
VUE V6 FWD Red Line
Quick and nimble, great drive train, with all the power the typical owner needs. The Red line rides like a car, not an SUV. Corners very well and the sound system keeps you in the groove while you test the 18 inch tires ability to hold the road.
Beautiful car
Unbelivable experience. Pretty comfortble, with good performance. I've got nothing wrong to say about this car.
