A LEMON!

In the four years we've owned it, we've spent over $7,000 in repairs. So many problems: electrical, a/c (twice), transmission, emissions, starter, stereo, etc. We've replaced/fixed so many items that I can't remember them all. And the warranty covered almost nothing. Now we have to spend $1200 to replace the power steering gear. Not only is the van a complete mechanical junker, the dealers don't do anything to fix the problems! I have a 1987 Honda Accord DX w/ 175,000 miles that is far more reliable and I've only spent about $2000 fixing it in the five years I've owned it. I've learned my lesson!

Mine was fine...

I've had this van for almost 5 years and have had very few problems so far (currently 93,000 miles). It still looks good and runs great. There are the minor clunks and rattles that you'd expect with an 8-year-old car, but nothing major. Its versatility is hard to beat. I've used it like a truck and have driven it on several 1000+ mile trips. My biggest complaint is the number of recalls. Fortunately, we had them taken care of before they became an issue.

Worst Car Ever Manufactured

This is the absolute worst car I've ever owned. I have to trade it in and it's not even paid for yet. Major transmission and electrical problems. I've had to replace the battery twice within less than three years. After talking to a few of other Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth customers, it seems that anything they manufacturer has the exact same problems. I will never ever advise or purchase anything they ever create, manufacturer, sell, or offer again. They couldn't give these cars away because the customer would spend more on maintenance alone.

Better than an SUV

I was looking to buy an SUV. Yet, my Voyager gets better MPG, holds more cargo, holds more people, and rides better. I decided to keep the van because it does a lot more than any SUV. It's major fault is that it doesn't look cool.

Great Versitility

We purchased this van new, never had the kind of problems as stated in reviews from other owners (i.e. transmission problem). Now has 72000 miles. If owners would do the scheduled maintenance and change the transmission fluild every 30k miles, shift into 3rd gear when driving around town, "D" is for highway driving only, no problems will arise. Even the owners manual states this. No wonder people are blowing transmissions. Very comfortable seats, aspecially for long trips, can't get that comfort from most SUV. Lots of leg and storage room.
