2024 Nissan Murano Consumer Reviews
Pricing
Great but needs improvement
I purchased a 2021 Murano SL in dark metallic pearl blue. Has moonroof, 20” graphite rims, and additional lighting package. Very sporty looking crossover. Fun to drive with plenty of power. The drawbacks are in the cameras and display. The 360 cameras are of the lowest quality and blurry. The center touch display hasn’t been updated in years and it shows. For the price tag I would have expected better quality there but still a nice crossover.
Would Buy It Again - I Did
Love my Murano. Good power, solid ride, great cargo space (my dog loves the space he has with one seat down), like the exterior design, drives great in snow, got many more extras than my 2015. It's overdue for an upgrade, but I still love the look. Don't understand why your reviews aren't that great. Solid car, great drive, good looks and lots of extras.

Murano senior owner
Previous vehicle was a 2017 Murano the 2022 proved to be less comfortable that I’d like. Senior driver, 80 years old plus, I found the ride to be too stiff for comfort. Rear visibility is below average. Six-cylinder engine has plenty of power and the car was fun to drive.

This replaced our Pathfinder!
I fully intended on buying a 2023 Pathfinder to replace our 2015 Pathfinder SL. I took the Pathfinder for a drive and was just not impressed with the new transmission and the overall ride. About a month prior I was given a Murano SL as a rental and was quite surprised at how much I liked the ride, looks and interior. The dealership I was at had a 2023 Murano Midnight Edition with 22 thousand kilometers on it, so after the Pathfinder test drive, I took it for a drive and my wife and I both agreed quickly that this car was going to be our daily driver while our old Pathfinder becomes a second vehicle. She drives it more than I do and has commented a couple of times how much she likes it. It has the same engine and transmission as the Pathfinder (which we never had ANY trouble with at all in 260,000 km's of driving) and it's about 600 pounds lighter. This gives the Murano the pick up and agility that the PF could never achieve. The interior is beautiful and the Midnight package looks great with the black exterior. I really like this car!

Love my Murano
We had to borrow our son's Rouge our fairly New 21- F150 was in a shop I was surprised how easy the Nissan Rouge drove the F -150 Super cab it had transmission issues the Ford Dealership put us off for over Two months we where forced to go directly to manager .they worked on it two hours to only tells nothing was wrong we left being very disappointed so it was clear Ford warranty service was a bust sadly the truck only had 7,000 miles on it so we new right then it would been a long battle with Ford on any issues so we gave up .we went to Nissan they showed us the new. murano platinum we drove it I for the first in months Iwas happy.they made us a very good deal we couldn't pass up .we had to eat a little but it was worth not dealing with Ford anymore .the Murano is now 3 month's old and it drives like a dream and great dealership help its a far cry from Ford .besides I new something else had to he wrong with the F-150 we had no choice when driving the F150 I had to always make very extremley wide turns or it would ride the curb to much .a tire shop looked at before we finished trading it in .they found an issue the rear Axel was out of line.now oddly Ford had looked at it and again the said nothings wrong .but this Tire shop caught the problem right ofg and fixed it ..but by nowe we now we wsd trading it for our new 22 Murano .you can only do so much with some Dealerships and we'd suffered long enough with Ford .we lost some money buy least we now have a it's more reliable car and a much more ethical dealership. Sometimes happiness cost you more. Now as life goes you win some and lose some .I still love my 22 Murano Platinum so far she's a winner .
