Cheap, plastic feel; lacks comfort

Did not meet expectations, traded it in after four months. Cheap, plastic feel; lacks appropriate power.

Worth the Wait

Great experience with a 2017 GLC so waited for the redesign. Pinnacle package and panoramic roof, few other items like winter package. While only a few days in, the car rides incredibly well, very smooth and quiet, handles beautifully, and the overall technology upgrades are amazing. The quality of the build and materials is excellent. Wow.

Just rent it 2023 GLC 300 4 Matic for the 2 days . Drove over 1 000 km , mostly on all kinds of highways . Its too noisy comparing to my E-class 2014 350 4 Matic where in a E-class I can whisper with passengers , in this GLC impossible . That 4 cylinder engine it's just buzzing way under power for the premium SUV , little bit better on a sport mode . Very noisy tire noise road . Pretty bad visibility from the driver seat . I am 5'11 and felt like 5'6 when I drove this GLC . The dashboard it's way to high , touchscreen too complicated like the rest of the switches . The seat is hard to adjust to a comfortable position , headrest goes only up and down , but not back and forth . Steering always need to be adjusting to keep driving straight . Big difference from my E-Class where basically no need any adjusting . Same with the brakes , they are not predictable , kind of rough to make a smooth stop . Only one thing impressed me , amazing stereo system . Was very happy to return this car . Maybe mine was a bad one , cause from the rental company . I think I prefer BMW X3 over this one . But I will stay with the E-class , I drive E-class cars from 2010 and I love everything about them .

Zero issues with GLC 300, definitely would buy again... looks new and drives new, required services are few between recommended miles. AWD works in snow storms. No need to replace a perfect car.
