This is the best car I have owned, and I have gone thru 14 cars and vans over the last 30 years and by far this car is the most fun to drive . Many people stop and comment on how cool the car looks due to no B pillar. Mileage on the highway is 31 mpg

I Highly Recommend the BMW

I traded in a BMW 330 convertible on this car a little over a year ago. I was looking for something a little more luxurious, but with the fun of the convertible. I really wish I had the 5 year old BMW back. This car looks good, but that's about it. Boring to drive, doesn't hug the curves like I'm used to. I've also been very disappointed in the interior of this car. Very cheaply designed for the price. Navigation system is so outdated that most of my commute on a highway completed two years ago is not even on the system. No one can tell me when this will be updated. I put the top down about once a week and put it back up in the garage. It is showing far more wear than 5 yr old BMW.

What are they thinking?

This car has no drink holders for soda cans or coffee cups at all. The seatbelts come forward for you to use them only if you start the car with the doors open. The roll bar in my convertible pops up whenever I go over a rumble strip in the road. The car looks great, but would I buy it again? Never. I will go back to the Mercedes sedans. Poor design of interior features and just no thought into what americans deem nice in their cars.

A Nice New Benz

Just got it just because, it was a great choice. But looking back I should have shopped around and thought more about my choices, the Volvo C70 is a few thousand cheaper with more features, but not as luxurious. And the Porsche Boxter had more performance, but not as many features. Overall I like my chioce, but test drive all convertibles in this class before you buy, to find the one that suits you best.

Since I purchased my CLK350 in February '06, I have had nothing but an ear to ear grin while driving my car. It handles like it's on rails and performs incredibly well. I recently took it to the track and ran a 14.3 second quarter mile. 'Nuff said. Oh, and got 33.5 mpg on the highway on my drive home with cruise set to 70mph! The 7-speed transmission is very slick... not many cars can boast a 70mph cruising speed at only 1,700-2,000 rpm! It is very versatile; it is an extremely refined executive sports car but will effortlessly release the beast within whenever you want to! This is an incredible car and I have no regrets on my purchase whatsoever!
