Most reliable vehicle we have EVER owned.
We bought this car brand new in 2008. This has been the most reliable car we have EVER owned. It has not once left us stranded. We've hauled some huge loads too. and it just keeps going and going. We took this car ALL THE WAY FROM LOUISIANA TO MAYNE. THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF MILES. In a period of 5 days. and not once did we think it was going to give up. We loved our cx9. Sadly, at a wopping 179,000 miles, we hydroplaned into a ditch and totaled it. Such a shame. We never had to do any major repairs on it. THe only bad thing is it was constantly having tire/wheel issues. it would need a brake job about every 16 months. And tire pressure was always low. Other than that. it was amazing.

Just drove home in my new (to me) CX-9. Got an amazing deal from a craigslist ad. Unbelievable car! Not sure I have ever been in such a luxurious vehicle! My whole family fits, all 7 of us, including 3 carseats. I was a little surprised by the small cargo area, I think my husband's Corolla has more room, but you know what? I really don't care! I was going to have to get a roof box for trips, anyway. I can't believe this is a base model! Smooth drive, quiet, roomy 3rd row, nice storage compartments, and my mp3 player plugs right in...great Bose sound! I spent 18K and drove home feeling like a millionaire. You have to see it and drive it to believe it! Happy Mommy!!

What a CRAZY AMAZING SUV with Zoom Zoom!
First off, the value of this car is simply amazing! It is no wonder how it received the title of the SUV of the year this year. I smile the second I get in this thing and find reasons to drive it around. Before buying, I research vehicles a ton to find out what to buy and the best value for what I need. Nothing else was even on the radar after reseaching the CX-9 and after test driving one. If you have never driven a Mazda, I don't know if you can understand to zoom zoom theme and the quality of these vehicles. The CX-9 has plenty of power with the 3.7 V6 engine and handles like a much smaller car. The comfort from the leather heated seats is second to none and I have ridden in my fair share of comfy seats. I really don't think you will be disappointed in them at all. The cabin is made up of quality materials all the way around. Soft touch material almost everywhere (not on the dash) and you can tell Mazda thought things through as far as placement is concerned. The navigation system is a bit outdated now (in 2016), but is still functional and considering how fast we all know that technology changes, I think that is a feat in itself. Moving onto the sound system, I challenge someone to find a better sounding system than the Bose system installed in the CX-9. The base and treble is outstanding. I have had several people comment when riding in the vehicle about how good it all sounds. The proximity key system, push button start and power lift gate are great features that unless you have or have had them, you won't really know what you're missing. A standard key and keyless entry would be sufficient, but it is nice to have the options if you can get them. The interior space and sliding middle row is a great feature that makes increasing leg room to the second row or getting passengers into the third row much easier. You will love it or should I say your passengers will love it and thank you for it. Very nice. The storage space in the front for odds and ends is limited in my opinion. I don't have a plethora of things to store, but I found it to be tight and cluttered looking in the center counsel because of the things I had to store in there. Not very deep or wide, but great quality materials and padding are certainly present. The bluetooth phone connectivity is adequate. Displaying the names of callers and making an easier set up/pairing system would be great. It is a little tricky, but I did figure it out after some troubleshooting. Overall, I could not be happier with the purchase. I honestly rate driving it and owning it a 10/10. If you are in the market for a competitively priced crossover SUV with the option to seat 7, look no further than the CX-9. Hope this review helps!

Great vehicle until the brake issues hit
We bought our 2008 CX-9 Grand Touring new in 2009. It's been a great vehicle, although it does go through tires (not alignment caused). No issues to report until the brakes went out Saturday. No warning, driving down the road and no brakes. The only thing that saved us was light traffic on a early Saturday morning. If this would've been during the work week a severe accident would've happened. There is a factory "recall" on the brake booster even though the defective item is the brake master cylinder. This was defective from the factory and slowing leaks into the brake booster until they both fail.
2008 Mazda CX-9
Probably the worst vehicle I've ever owned, no ZOOM ZOOM here! After the vehicle hit a 100K, it was all downhill from there. First, a wiring harness holding clip broke causing the harness to shift and rub against the frame. Eventually, the vibration wore the insulation on the wires away (within the harness) making them come in contact with one another. This created a short in the electrical system causing No. 6 coil and fuel injector to go out. Parts and labor repair cost: $1007. Next, at 104K, the master cylinder brake booster went out. Parts and labor repair cost: $585. Third, at 109K, the “internal” water pump went out causing coolant and water to mix with the oil. This resulted in the ruination of the engine. UNBELIEVABLE engineering design! Repair cost for a junkyard motor with installation: $3650. Water pumps go out on vehicles all the time without ruining the engines. It's appalling to think that Mazda would ever use such an inferior design that would cause such a thing. Finally, I called Mazda USA headquarters to see if I could get some financial assistance with the engine replacement cost but was told since I didn't take it to the dealership to perform the work that I was out of luck. (Mazda Registered Complaint No. 1-281511575)
Sporty SUV
I bought my Mazda CX-9 AWD Grand Touring new in 2008. It has been a great car. I had the spark plugs changed at 126000, 2 wheel bearings replaced at 128000 and of course brakes, tires, battery and other wear out items. Otherwise it's been a great dependable car that's really fun to drive. It doesn't feel cumbersome like many large SUV's.

I love this car!
I recently bought a 2008 Mazda CX-9 and I am already in love with this car! I went into the dealership with a "Short List" of requirements that I needed in a car (SUV), and the CX-9 had it all. I researched or test drove almost every wagon or SUV on the market before stopping at Mazda.
Best all around 7 passenger SUV
I compared and shopped a long time. I test drove a lot of SUVs. This one doesn't feel like you're driving a big car. It handles great and has plenty power!!! The seats are very comfortable and both front seats are powered. The 7 speaker Bose sound system sounds amazing! I've had the car 3 years now and am the second owner. I have all the records of past service and the most major things it's ever needed is a window regulator. At nearly 170k miles I don't have an engine tap, oil leak or even a noise. Still rides quiet as can be and so smooth. Very happy and hope it lasts years to come!

The Mighty CX-9
Great Car for the price I bought it used and have had no major problems with it, It grips the road good with decent tires I run Toyo's Open Country and take corners at 40 mph without losing traction, Big power from the 3.7 V-6 I can leave most cars sitting at the lights, haven't had a chance to drive it in the snow yet but think it will do great.

Fav Vehicle Owned
i have a 2008 CX-9 GT. It is great for the year. The milage when i bought used was 241,000KM after 2.5 years the only issues I've had were a starter, battery, tires, breaks and wheelbearings. Stuff that always needs updating. After 2.5 years of loving this vehicle I've decided to upgrade to a newer model. The only thing I wish were different is the bluetooth connecting to audio instead of aux. The MPG isnt great but not horrible either, I've had vehicles be worse.

What a wise decision.
This is a car with the best of both world from the SUV and the Mini van. All compacted on a sporty car. The suspension is rigid enough to give extraordinary maneuverability without sacrificing comfort. The traction control make it very dependable, even taking off on a wet pavement on a tight turn (I tested that many times in Florida rains) The car has an incredible throttle that pair with many smaller fast cars. I am in my late 30's but every once in a while I enjoy a quick star form a stop point. I carried today my girl's bike, my boy's trike and stroller and a couple of dinning chairs an I still had room in the back.
Baby got back, side
Has some blind spots. But I'm short. Lots of room. Lots of power. Get cameras and leather seats. Dog hair sticks. Only major complaint is the water from a/c started leaking on passengers side about 1 year ago . Had it fixed, but lasted a month; then clogged again. Very little maintenance.

Overall the Best Vehicle I Have Owned
My 2008 CX9 has proved to be the best car purchase I have made. The only maintenance I have done is regular oil changes, replaced the battery (after 6+ years) and an air bag recall. I still have the original tires with 38,000 miles on the car. I garage the car and the paint looks new after a wash. Plenty of acceleration with the V-6 (which unfortunately is no longer offered). I have large custom rims (installed by dealer) with large tires so the road noise level is a bit high. GPS system is acceptable. Bose sound system is great. Third row seat is tight for an adult, but rarely used. Storage space with seats down is plentiful and almost truck-like. Front and second row seating is very comfortable on long drives.

Highly recomend
For 7 passenger seating this is a great car. We've had it 10 yeas, going on 120,000 with minimal maintenance cost. Interior and exterior are great. Fuel economy is good, but great considering the size and capacity (about 18 mpg around town...23 on road). Much easier to park than a Suburban, but still true 7 seat capacity. i'm 6'1" and can sit in 3rd row (just not for a long road trip).

Amazing vehicle!
I owned this incredible suv for almost two and a half years of trouble free driving, and would highly recommend it to anyone needing space for 7, ample cargo capacity, and fairly reasonable mileage. This is easily one of the best handling suv's I have ever owned. 60,000 miles and not one single issue, how many people can say that about a vehicle. I traded it for a 2011 Hyundai Elantra as I drive 25,000 plus miles per year, and 35 mpg combined is so nice. The Elantra actually has more front seat legroom that the much larger CX-9! What more could a family of four or five ask for, looks, performance, stability, handling, all in a durable and trouble free package.
Hidden time bomb!
The Ford duratec engine in the 2012 Mazda CX-9 has a water pump encased in the center of engine which by design would make it a life long part, but it's more of a life ending part. When that pump or its seals fail, it dumps the coolant into the oil system destroying the engine and it happens regularly from what I've found between 90K and 110K miles which is out of warranty timeframe and Mazda and Ford do not care enough about the design flaw (which they are aware of but don't warn you about) to financially help with the $10,000 it takes to replace the engine.

Most fun Crossover to drive
I test drive the Saturn Outlook, the new 2008 Highlander, Honda Pilot and the 2007 Acura MDX. The CX-9 was more fun to drive than all of them and still gave me a real third row seat. I took my 22 year old son with me and we both tried getting in and out of the back seats in all of them and the Mazda was the easiest. I found this the ideal car for taking my road bike to the club starting point and hauling 7 family members to dinner and the most fun to drive of all the cars. Economy seems the same as my 1997 Camry V6 so far on the first two tanks.
My Blue Belle is still going strong!
I LOVE this car! I bought it used because I wanted something durable that stood up to the kids but still looked nice. This was it. It has been a quiet, smooth ride. VERY reliable. I have only had to do routine maintenance on her. It will seat 7 comfortably. The back seats lay flat enough for me and my 2 dogs to camp in the back with a twin size cushion and still plenty of room. I am 5'9 and can sit up fully inside on the cushion. The only negatives: I wish she got better gas mileage, and I wish there were newer charging ports in there. I used to use her for Lyft and have gotten lots of compliments.

Great Car, Skip the built in Nav
Wonderful car, we love how it drives. It doesn't look that big from outside, but feels huge and comfortable inside. However, I wish I could return the nav system. It gives us a proper route about 1 in 5 times, otherwise it suggests routes that are hundreds of miles off course. Luckily we usually know the basic directions, otherwise 1 hour drives would take 5. Also it grays out when going over 5mph, which all built-ins do and I thought I could deal with, but no. Please get this great car, just skip the nav.

Great crossover, needs better MPG
We have reviewed and test driven many crossovers before settling on Mazda CX9. We were just walking away from our Toyota minivan, we were looking for a car-like comfort, but more performance and fun, and Mazda made our shortlist. Excellent features and price, well loaded, and a great ride sold us. After 6 months we very happy with the car, but the mileage needs major improvement! We are getting between 12-15 MPG based on gas type. Premium gets us about 2-3 MPG more. Great car overall!
Beware of sunroofs and drainage flaws all years and models.
When we bought this car it was crossover of the year. I have always enjoyed the car until the on board computer went bad. We spent $750.00 to have a new on put in and one week to the day it went out again. My husband thought something was shorting it out and sure enough we were told by Mazda service that Mazda's with sunroof tended to have fir tree needles plug up the drain tubes and the water build up would short out the computer. I contacted Mazda corporate wanting to know why NO mention of this was available to potential or new car owners. I was told it was not a design flaw and the service folks should know about it. But no one ever told us so we are out approximately $1,100.00
2008 mazda cx9 Grand touring awd
Don't do it. This car was fine for the first 18,000 miles. But now it has all kinds of electrical problems. TCS light, BCM light, engine coolant light all flash on and off. First time was told it was brake booster, 2nd time same thing, they replaced BCM module, 3rd time, there still working on it. Horn stopped working, since been fixed but now has been beeping for no reason. Doors wouldn't lock or unlock. Faulty wiring. Keeps getting worse.
What a great CUV
We bought this vehicle for my wife, she was looking for a spacious crossover to upgrade from her VW Passat for our 2 active boys. We looked at the Ford Edge, Nissan Murano, and Mazda CX-7. The Edge was just boring to drive, the Murano was our second fav pick, but too pricey and significantly smaller. We were most surprised though about the difference between the CX-7 & the 9. The fit and finish of the 9 seemed significantly better than the 7. Both are fun to drive, the 7 has serious zoom-zoom, but for a bigger vehicle, the 9 does as well. For overall look and utility, the 9 was the hands down winner for us.
Solid build quality & fun to drive.
I drove different makes of SUVs for the past 10 years and this vehicle is the best of all. Fit and finish is perfect. Seats are comfortable and roomy, interior materials are plush and instrumentations are well placed. Second row seat tracks are covered in order not to get anything pinched in there... hint, hint!! The transmission shifts smoothly and flawlessly. Acceleration is enhanced by the AWD without feeling grippy. The engine is quite and has plenty of power. The exterior looks sharp. Last but not least, the Bose system rocks!!
After 10 Years: Very Reliable, Some Quality Issues
For anyone looking to buy a first generation CX-9 off the used market in 2022 or later: I purchased an '08 CX-9 Grand Touring AWD back in 2012 and have daily driven the vehicle since. It was used to commute to downtown Philadelphia for 5 years, it's seen nearly every snowfall in southeastern Pennsylvania since 2012, and in the past few years I've been using it on unpaved gravel switchbacks quite frequently. It's reasonably safe to say that I've put this car through more than everything one may expect from a typical ownership. With that being said, overall reliability has been almost frighteningly consistent since purchasing. It has endured virtually no major engine or transmission issues from 15,000 miles (when I purchased) to the present 110,000 miles. All of the important mechanical components of this car are dead reliable. Consumable items on the car, such as tires and breaks, tend to go pretty quickly compared to other vehicles. They aren't too expensive to replace, but I've done brakes quite a number of times now. But, being 14 years old, the car hasn't held up from a quality of materials standpoint as well as a 2008 Lexus/Volvo would have. Lately, there have been a few noticeable problems with the car, such as: roof rain gutter trim breaking from mounting points, wear of surfaces on doors, and the occasional electrical gremlin preventing the trunk from opening. Also, the surfaces of the optional grand touring 20" wheels have been pitting quite significantly. If purchasing a CX-9, I highly recommend avoiding these wheels, as the thin tire sidewall over rough roads have caused several broken suspension components in which the car pulls heavily to one direction regardless of alignment. The 20" wheels, oddly enough, have been by far the greatest headache of this entire car. All in all, the important components of the CX-9 are completely flawless. The car runs and drives the same as it did 10 years ago, and it drives tremendously well compared to vehicles of similar size which I have driven (Mercedes GL450, Lexus GX). Handling is sedan-like, acceleration is ample. The AWD system works miracles in the snow, I've tried many times to get the car stuck and it just won't. Don't be too discouraged by the complaints, as I've mentioned all of the downsides of this car I can think of in this review. The vast majority of ownership has been trouble free and inexpensive. Just expect rather poor MPG. I get 14-17.

Excellent overall
I have been shopping for family car for a long time. I test drove many cars such as Honda Pilot, Odyessy, Toyota Highlander, Toyota Sienna, GMC Acadia, and Hyundai Veracruz. I was going to get Honda Odyessy since it is very affordable and looks good, but I did not like how it drove. However, after I drove Mazda CX9, it was love at first sight. I love how it drives. Exterior and interior looks great. They did great design overall. Ride is firm and roomy for 7 adults.
Awesome, almost perfect family vehicle!!
Picked it up last week. Waited specifically for the 08 and the 3.7 engine, worth the wait for sure. Power really comes on strong now for passing. Perfect blend of utility and performance, blast to drive. Comfort has been excellent so far, no complaints from rear seat passengers, plenty of room all around. Most of the upscale features one would expect for the money. Fit and finish exceptional. More quiet than the Infiniti we just turned back in from lease. Where we live there haven't been many running around on the roads yet, which doesn't bother me at all, who wants to see what you're driving on every corner. Adds a level of exclusivity!
Love my Mazda
This is my first Mazda and we love it. Went to auto shows and read many reviews before deciding. Drove the Edge and several others but nothing beat the driving and handling. It is so fun to drive. I traded in a lg SUV and I love the difference - I feel like I'm in a sports car. The room is great, love the dashboard display and the Bose/sunroof. My only 2 complaints are that it could be better on gas and there is no trip odometer. I traded a 5.4 Expedition and I'm only getting 4-5 mpg better. Mazda could work on that, otherwise no complaints so far
Great, Fun, Zoom-Zoom
The zoom-zoom really comes out in this beast. Coming from a Mazdaspeed 3, I had very low expectations from this monster, but the performance and handling are WAY better than any SUV I've ever driven or ridden in. Gas mileage is about what can be expected and is actually quite good if you tone it down (only 1 zoom instead of zoom- zoom) and head down the freeway. Fuel tank is a good size for decent miles on the trip meter. Interior finish is super nice with all the amenities. Exterior look is cool, but doesn't stand out-which is probably good. People complain about the ride quality with the 20" wheels but really the suspension is more sport-tuned and the ride really isn't bad.
A Wise Choice
Purchased my 2008 GT AWD in August of this year w/ 9k miles on it. It replaced our 2006 Chrysler T&C Van. My wife absolutely loves the CX9. I drive a 05 Audi A4 Quattro w/ sport pkge and I am amazed at how well the Mazda handles and drives for a larger heavier vehicle. If you need 3 rows of seats and don't have to have sliding doors, then make sure you drive one of these before purchasing anything else. We test drove 10 different crossovers and SUV's and kept going back to the Mazda. I also drove the Touring model. The GT does not ride that much firmer for how much better it handles and looks. Love the sliding 2nd row for entry/exit and the legroom. Ours is loaded and we love it.
Zoom Zoom
Mazda CX-9 replaced a Volvo XC-90 in September 2008. We have been very pleased - especially with the V6 performance (note 2008 is larger engine than 2007) and comfortable yet sporty ride (even with 19" wheels) . Nav is very good. Bose stereo is pretty good, but not as good as some other high-end factory audio systems. All weather mats from the factory sit flat on the ground and don't really catch the snow and water very well. Volvo is the king of seat design, and it is too bad that Ford didn't steal more of this technology to give to Mazda. Gas mileage is reasonable for a truck this size. Tons of room.
Old faithful
Virtually no expensive repairs Mileage not great. Old faithful. Kind of high and floaty ride. Cheap but functional interior. Won't shift into reverse when it's under 15o outside until interior heats up.

Best of the Third Row Seat SUV Bunch
After considering the Highlander, MDX, Pilot, and Enclave, my wife and I settled on the CX-9. While not quite perfect for our needs, it was clearly the best overall SUV, and came out on top for functionality, ergonomics, and as a bonus, it didn't look like the box that a more attractive vehicle came in. We had only looked at the Mazda as an afterthought, figuring we'd end up with the Highlander, but were very surprised at the overall quality and attention to detail in the CX-9. While the Highlander had arguably better performance and interior storage space, it lacked many things the CX-9 offered, such as a split-row third seat and ample room in all three rows, among others. A very good buy.
Very happy, so far!
I love the exterior and interior styling of this CUV. Performance is really good for such a large vehicle. Acceleration, steering, and braking are all the same or better than my wife's coupe. We took the cx-9 on a 1000 mile trip this summer. We averaged over 22 mpg and this was with 5 people, luggage, and driving through mountains. Not bad for a CUV! We also test drove the new Honda Pilot and GMC Acadia and the Mazda was our favorite. I highly recommend this vehicle.
Love my Mazdas

Dare to compare - look out Lexus!
Bought the GT AWD and got an awesome deal. Dare I compare this to the Lexus or Infiniti SUV offerings? Absolutely yes. Interior quality and materials are great. E.G. padded armrests on doors. Nice. The cargo space whips the luxury class models. Features? Navigation, backup camera, proximity key, Bluetooth, moonroof, memory seats with powered lumbar support, iPod jack, powered tailgate, rain-sensing wipers, tri-zone a/c, blind spot monitoring! For under $40K you CAN have it all. I got the white pearl exterior.
Disappointing Investment
I leased a 2008 CX9 Grand Touring for two years then purchased it. At first I was pleased with the vehicle then the issues start. At approximately 50,000 miles I lost my brakes, seems it was a power bust unit. I had clients in my car when it happened. I contacted Mazda and was told there was nothing they could or would do about a potential safety issue. In fact the representative bordered on rude. Since I then the bluetooth unit stopped working, I was quoted around $1,300 to repair. For no apparent reason periodically when I turn off the car the a/c fans start. Also when the wipers are set on auto on a dry sunny day the wipers start. Mazda had no answer for these issues My mechanic tells me it sounds like a wheel bearing is wearing - never had that issue with any other car. The key fobs are held together with tape so the keys don't fall out. The majority of these issues started when the car had roughly between 50,000 and 60,000 miles. I did contact Mazda and was told I was on my own. The issues continue, the rubber button on the door lock as fallen out this no longer works. Can't even imagine what this would cost to repair. Over all mechanically it's not bad but I would say poor in the area of fit and finish. I have owned two Toyotas both went well over 200,000 miles and Nissaan without any real issues except general maintenance and an Acura that I traded in at 200,000 miles (unfortunately on the Mazda). I hold no hope the Mazda will come close to this type of reliability. GPS screen not as bright as it use to be. I was told that this is something that happens and nothing can be done about it short of paying the $1,300 to replace the whole unit.

Indeed time bomb on water pump failure
As the reviewer right before me, I suffered water pump failure only around 77K mileage on my 2008 Mazda CX9, and it is costing $10K to repair. I'm trying to contact Mazda Corporate office to see if anything they can help, will post if I get anything. Get extended warranty for sure.

Mazda CX9 FWD Grand Touring
We purchased a 2008 CX9 Grand Touring FWD 13 months ago and now have 20,000 miles on it. This vehicle has met all of our expectations. We previously owned an Expedition and a Sequoia and like the CX9 much better. The interior in the CX9 is great. The second row seats slide forward for easy access to the third row with a split seat with enough room for an adult. The CX9 is fun to drive with plenty of zoom zoom. We live in an area with hills and the CX9 moves up them. It drives more like a sports car than an SUV. Exterior looks great especially with 20 inch wheels. Whenever someone rides in it they are impressed & comment on how nice the interior is & how well it drives.
What gas mileage do you expect?
This car is so fun to drive. The interior is comfortable and versatile, the engine and transmission are silky smooth, the climate control, seat configuration, styling, and Bose stereo are awesome. I get 19-20 mpg in mixed driving and don't understand why this large 7-person vehicle continually gets knocked on gas mileage. Sure, if you take off from every stop like a jackrabbit, you'll get 15mpg, but c'mon. I hate cars, and I hated the minivan I replaced with the CX-9, but I love driving this one.
Mazda c x 9 great for family with young kids
I bought this brand new when my kids were little. It was a great car to cart kids and their friends around because of the 3rd row. Mechanically it performed very well. Maintainence cost was relatively low for 8 years. The Mazda dealership was wonderful to work with in buying and negotiating the car. For years they gave me a loaner when I had to bring it for anything.

2008 Mazda CX-9
Even though I'm not a professional reviewer, I see the CX-9 as a step closer to versatility in a vehicle. Love to drive it and is in the top 4 most powerful engines in or around its class.
Fun car!
Love driving this car. I'm 6'7" and it it one of the most comfortable cars I've ever driven.
Sporty Performance in a Roomy Package
If your tired of the minivan life but can't figure out how to get that sporty ride you've been longing for without giving up the room of your van then take a look at the CX-9. For sure it compromises in some aspects like overall storage but much less than most in this category. Compared to my wife's previous Grand Voyager the level of comfort, styling and performance of the CX-9 more than make up for this. The ride is sure footed meaning its not going to float down the road but its not so tight as to be uncomfortable. Gas mileage seems to live up to what Mazda reports. My wife has averaged 19 mpg with mostly in town driving. Overall, it's a great sporty value for the buck.
Great vehicle
After test driving the '08 Honda Pilot, '09 Honda Pilot, '08 Toyota Highlander, '08 Ford Edge, and the '08 Mazda CX-9 twice on two different occasions, it was clear to us the CX-9 was a great fit for our family. The storage behind the 3rd row is actually usable, and the leg room is great. The ride is more sports car like than the rest, and it is a sharp looking car with a superb feel behind the wheel. We think the CX-9 looks great! If in the SUV / CUV market, give the CX-9 a test drive and look.
Im Lovin It!
Awesome car! Get excited every day i have to drive it! We got fully loaded with every possible option and even more! Looks great and it's so much fun to drive! Very roomy inside, comfortably seats at least 5 adults and 2 kids! When everyone in a back entertained by watching DVDs, I kept entertained by Zoom-Zoom! Love it more every day!
Great Value
Traded our '04 Sienna in for the CX-9. Test drove an Acura MDX '08, GMC Acadia and Yukon Hybrid. CX-9 Power and handling is similar to the MDX while the third row space comparable to the Acadia. It truly provides the best of both worlds without compromising style or comfort. Mazda hit the bullseye with this one!
rmoore
i own a 2008 mazda cx9. it now has 22,000 miles on it and also a few issues. one being the relays for the fans. i had the front relay sticking and not shutting the fan off . the dealer replaced it and now a few months later the rear fan relay is doing the same. i also have a problem with my sunroof leaking which is strange cause i never use it. i'm thinking maybe the exessive heat this summer possibly. and my rear window switches have to be reset all the time which maybe related to the sunroof leak. i also had a problem with my rotors which instead of replacing the dealer cut them, and my clock is always running 10 minutes behind.
