100,000 miles and like brand new. Bought as an extra car, great ride, not a bad driver for such a large car though it is difficult to stay on track sometimes. Creature comforts are nice- and it would be hard to find a car with this kind of interior/trunk capacity!

Best car I ever drove.

I know, the Town Car is an "old man's car" so how can a 23 year old kid like one so much? Simple. My parents bought a '94 Town Car Signature new at the end of '93. Since that time it was a family hauler, took trips to Colorado and back (several times) and even moved a college kid and all his stuff; (at the risk of sounding bad) it has a trunk that can hold 5 bodies. My father sold the car at around 200K miles, and the person who bought it drove it to FL. The only other car that lasted so long and was so versatile was my father's '95 Camaro (but that's for another day).

Most bad and dangerous car I've ever owned.

I don't own this car anymore but this car is very dangerous and bad. The repair costs for this car are very expensive and the car breaks down easily. This car does not look great on appearance and the car has a very bad paint quality and the paint on this car's hood gets easily peeled off and faded. Also, this model year was equipped with the worst outdated ford transmission and has a rough ride with a bad wallow handling. The handling of this car is so wallow that it is hard to control and dangerous to drive it. If I were you I would buy the 1995 model year because it has a better look, better handling, newer updated ford transmission, more quiet, and far better ride quality than 1994. The worst year for the Lincoln is 1994.

Nice ride, but ohhh the issues it has...

It handles well and you won't tire on long trips. Problems: Every time the turn signal is used the wipers move. The wiper motor stopped returning the blades in the stowed position. Now they hang in the middle of the window. The HVAC system only works on two settings. The radio began to have fits and now won't work at all. Before that the cassette deck stopped working. The rear window won't go up or down and the auto release fuel door doesn't work anymore, you have to release it manually from inside the trunk. Before the sound system stopped working (oh it lights up but none of the buttons function) the power antenna stopped working, permanently down now.

Engine light comes on periodically, drives me crazy, is this the EGR valve? Other than that it is fine.
