Used 2020 Lincoln Navigator SUV Consumer Reviews
Best Car I've Owned
Incredibly well designed vehicle. Interior is extremely well done. Performs well on the road and I'm addicted to the massaging seats. My wife just got an Aviator as she liked my car so much. She's had Lexus cars for over 12 years so that says a lot. Highly recommend.

Nothing but problems
After 40k miles I sold it and good riddance. Countless electrical problems, sitting at dealers waiting to get fixed, rode like a 3/4 ton truck on bumps, and much more. Needless to say I am done with Lincoln forever, no matter what model.

Nothing happens effortlessly
The blue tooth is not smooth and effortless, The AC has limited vents you would think you are in a VW. My wife wanted the Lincoln, I think the expedition has much better get up and go. It is like a new computer game every time you need to look for or set something, nothing is easy. It has sounds where that is the last think you want to hear every time you get in the car. However an audible notification of a vehicle in your blind spot would be nice. There is just no where near the luxury for the price.

Navigator L for the win!
The extra room in the back is perfect for our family. Lots of room so we can load up for road trips! It is very comfortable and my favorite luxury feature are the massaging seats!

Navigator Reserve
After 37,000 miles I started having problems with the center screen. It would shut off intermittently and not turn back on. Other than that I had 0 problems, other than the stiff suspension. I replaced the 22 inch wheels with factory 20 inch, and it totally changed the ride for the better. Very luxurious and the 30 way seats are the most comfortable I have ever ridden in. Traded it for a 2023 Yukon Denali, which rides much better and has more room.
