Impossible to get parts
Purchased in 2020. Comfortable car but it’s has sat parked at 2 repair shops for months. I was rear ended so car sat w back order parts for 3-4 months in 2021 at a collision shop. Not drivable. In October 2024 the rear differential went out and the part is again on back order. Car sits at the mechanics and is not drivable. Lincoln concierge can not give me an estimate of when there will be a part. The car has less than 100k miles and sits like scrape metal. I have always bought ford/Lincoln but just purchased my first Toyota Highlander.

Terrible seats
I just purchased a 2018 Lincoln MKX reserve, I’m so disappointed in the comfort of the front seat, under legroom is terrible seat. Comfort is terrible. I really can’t believe this is a Lincoln, seats are not cushioned well enough I’ve owned it for a little over a month and will not be owning it much longer.
