I was replacing my 2013 ES300 with a 2019 ES350. Since my old Lexus had a good stereo, I didn't even consider that this one didn't. I didn't turn it on until the way home. I returned to the dealer the next day and they told me that it was functioning as designed! This really sounds like my old pickup with one speaker in the dash!! I contacted Lexus corporate and they would not help. They did offer to document it for me. I told him not to bother as I won't be buying another Lexus.

I have owned seven Lexus vehicles and recently took possession of a 2019 ES350. It is by far the best car I have owned in my lifetime, having had Mercedes, 2 BMW’s, Chrysler, Ford, Corvette, Honda Accord, Acura to name a few. However, the sound system in the new 2019 ES350 is the worst of any vehicle I have had. Shame on Lexus. You sacrificed quality to save money and have incurred many dissatisfied customers.

I bought a 2019 ES350 F Sport. In normal winter driving, I have blown out three brand new winter tires in the last 3 weeks (one with less than 200 miles on it). In 33 years of Canadian driving, these are the FIRST tires I have lost to road conditions (potholes). The low-profile wheels are the stupidest design I have ever encountered. Do not buy unless you can afford an extra thousand a month in replacing tires.

Once you get the speed up to about 40 there is a noise that is extremely annoying. I have had 4 Lexus 350's and for the price this is the worst. The pick up is very average. I have it in the shop and they cannot figure out the annoying noise. I wish I could turn it back in but it is a long lease. NOT HAPPY. Anyone else hear the noise I'm talking about?

I was very pleased with test driving this vehicle, but I was very disappointed in the quality of some of the interior components, including the armrests. Also, I found the placement of the two controls on either side of the instrument panel very distracting when driving the vehicle.
