I love everything about the telluride. Only think that could be improved are the seat are not as comfortable as they should be.

Although it does not have the automatic back door opener I still liked the car. Has lot of snap to the engine. Still learning about all the bells and whistles.

Spent most of its first year in the shop

Where to begin? Transmission failure at 9k miles that required it sit in the Kia dealership's parking lot for over two months. Back into the shop for warranty work for a recall on the navigation system (replacement). Back into the shop again soon for another recall for the serpentine belt. Reliable vehicle? Hardly. Now let's talk about the fit and finish. The interior is clean. Not perfect, but comfortable enough. The navigation system and infotainment is slower than any vehicle I've ever owned, even after the update. The engine has adequate power, however, unless you're in sport mode, the transmission will actually downshift as you're turning a corner up the street which makes for a frustrating situation in acceleration. Ride is good, interior noise is good. I've had an XLT Explorer I would rather drive than this. I don't trust it--not impressed.
