I have owned every Jeep in the line up short of the compass and patriot. This one is a favorite. It rides great, does awesome in snow, and feels good to drive. My wife loves the comfort (heated cloth seats) and the gushy ride. The ride home from the dealership gave me 17.3 mpg which I didn't think was too bad for a heavy car. I love this Jeep!!!

My family & I love it, we travel alot, dish out the tough terrain to it and it doesn't stop. Have the 2.25" lift but jeeps design for this needs a solid front axle. Overall its reliable, comfortable, and its very fun to drive. I would buy another but with the HEMI motor.

I Love My Commander

I love almost everything about my car. I'm not much of a Jeep person, but this car is what I've been looking for. I love the box shape. I love the navigation system. The speakers are great. I have the 4.7 liter V8, and that gives me enough power. This car has horrible fuel economy, but I dont mind because it's worth the extra money. I feel safe in my Commander, and I would recommend it to anyone. This car is a true commander of the road.

Had the truck now for 7200 miles - 6 or so months. Getting at 19 highway with mobil 1 and premium unleaded. The truck has been nothing but trouble free. Quarkey - yes... but a very strong feeling drive. Very happy. Use the gear auto shift and the truck will react better... What I've seen with these 3.7's.

Commander better than Grand Cherokee

I purchased a Commander recently and after test driving the new Grand Cherokee, I was convinced. The Commander takes curves and turns better, looks better, is bigger but not too much bigger; in short, it's just better. It's basically the same price and for a few dollars more, you get the added comfort. I love it, and getting the luxury package is the same as getting the Limited, so you might as well save some money and get the luxury package.
