Very good vehicle so far. Do lots of driving - 24/25K miles a year. Will soon get Jeep # 5.

Overall the Commander is an eye catcher. I love how it drives, but unfortunately the windshield is very weak. I replaced it twice in the past 2 months. Is not a good sign when a "Trail rated" vehicle cant take a hit from small debris. It can sustain direct hits from road hazards as long as its not hit on the edges of the glass. I would like to know how the Hummers windshield performs when it comes to road hazards.

This Jeep has proven to be comfortable,capable and reliable. Fun to drive, handles backroads, ice and highway with ease. Absolutely the best car I have ever purchased.

Have owned this for three weeks, enjoying it thoroughly. Have not had the opportunity to have off road for hiking, kayaking or winter for skiing - can't wait for the snow to hit.
LOVE IT!!!! Continuing the Jeep Legacy!

Have the V6 4wd commander with only 50,233 miles on it, bought it 2 months ago and love it!!! Can't complain about the gas mileage because of the similar sizes of the vehicles in it's class getting way less MPG'S!
