Horrible design
I had my trailhawk for a few weeks before I noticed the hood rattling and lifting off the front stops while driving. I had to stop twice to make sure that the hood wasn't going to pop open . I went to the dealer the next day and their tech. looked at it and said that these composite hoods are extremely light and will appear to want to pop open but they won't because the secondary latch will catch it and if that fails, there is a kill switch that will turn the engine off. I don't know which is worse, having the hood pop open or having it pop open and no engine. This stupid design has me wondering who else has noticed this and does it scare the crap out of you like it did me.

2022 Lattitude LUX
So many nice features with this model. V 6 engine with turbo - very nice smooth ride. Luxurious for the price point. This is my 3rd jeep and I am pleasantly surprised on all the nice options with this model. Highly recommend.

Driver Seat
Like the used Jeep Cherokee Latitude Lux but the driver's seat is somewhat uncomfortable seems a little small and I am only 160lbs. and 5' 8" so it should fit my buns better. The display is not as good as our 2018 Honda CR-V. Like the ride and gas mileage on trips. I have found that the 2021 Cherokee has it share of problems and this has become a dire concern about the Cherokee.

Defective 4x4 system
Defective mechanical issuesPower Transfer Unit for the 4x4 system is known to fail since 2014 models. This item is also found on other Jeep models. When this part fails, the only replacement part available will be used on new vehicles and are not available to replace on vehicles already sold. This part has a nation wide shortage and not available. Why would anyone buy a product, pay it off just to find yourself without a vehicle when something is defective and irreplaceable? Stay away from Jeeps!!!

Good utility vehicle, very dependable
Comfortable ride, not bad road noise but some controls are slow to respond, climate controls are easy to use and trouble free, no reliability or recalls, gas mileage quite good, sound system is quite pleasant and easy to adjust, no CD player, I use a portable CD player and it works great.
