Excellent choice
This vehicle is the best and helped save my life when I was in an accident. My truck flipped 6 times and I walked away with minor damages

Incredible poor costumer services
Cherokee: power is good, but always has some noises, plastic interior I can say in US, jeep does not have any useful costumer services. I have the car crash, and jeep costumer services need almost two monthes to just ship my parts, incredible slow and inresponsible. If you want to buy the jeep, think about can you stand for extremely slow costumer services, if you can, buy it, if not, choose other car!

I love Jeep
My 3rd Jeep. I love everything about what Jeep offers in an SUV!!
Love my Jeep, but the paint job sucks
I bought a brand new vehicle with hopes that I would have no major issues for a few years. The Jeep company used cheap paint, bird droppings have eroded my paint. My local auto shop told me that I need a whole paint job, with the price being over $2000. I placed a claim with my insurance company, and I'm praying they will cover something. Called my dealership and they blew me off. I love Jeeps and have always owned them. I never heard of anything like this happening. This Jeep works well, but I would not recommend buying it. The Jeep company's failure to use adequate paint, is not worth the cost. Don't buy a 2020 Jeep Cherokee.
Jeep Review—Stellar
Love my Jeep Cherokee!
