Used 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4dr SUV 4WD Consumer Reviews
Best First Car Possible
I inherited this car from my mother a little over a year ago after basically living in it for 17 years. It has had a few major replacement parts but overall it has a low average repair cost. It currently broke 200k miles on it and aside from the back turn signals going out for a few days it has no problems. I couldn't recommend a better long term car especially if you are interested in hauling anything large and still being able to fit friends or family in the car with you.
Best Buy of my Life
Absolutely LOVE my Jeep, I'm a shorty -- 5 feet in my stocking feet. I can see the road with ease, I can park this puppy in any space, Snowy weather fantastic fun (occasionally I will still call in to work just so I can go out and play!). Great fuel economy even with 4x4 (better then our Ford Contour Sedan). Only had minor repairs, brakes, a u- joint (once after about 175,000 miles) Roomy, functional, reliable, What more can I say? This a definite must buy! :)

Keeps on running!
My old jeep is very reliable despite the oil leaking all over the driveway. That's the only thing wrong with it and I would love to get it fixed if I could afford to. I've been driving it for almost 15 years and it always starts but I hesitate to take it on a long road trip. Perfect for commuting and getting around town though.
