I feel my Infiniti QX80 is a luxury vehicle!!! I’m driving around 3 children all day in it, and I feel safe and secure. This is my second one and I only am on my second one because I traded my other one in for a newer model. I had zero problems with the other one after owning it for 3 years.

When starts to pullout of garage in am motor revs up before pulling out !! ! dealer says that is standard for this car !!!!!!! When turning the steering wheel either way you feel it shudder when turning!!!! Dealer says the tire tread is causing that and they don’t warranty tires !!!!!!! Car has 2200miles on it !!!!! And last the rear axle Assy. Started to howl and they say they can’t tell where the noise is coming from and won’t repair any of these issues. No wonder their sales are down 50%

Wow… after both positive and negative reviews I purchased a 2023 QX80. I am so regretting my decision. With 600 miles showing on the odometer- took a road trip. Big mistake, huge mistake. My car broke down at 1.235 miles. They kept telling me it went into limp mode: turn it off, let it set a few and restart it. This will fix the problem. Wrong! Had to do this 5 times, finally just drove the last 19 miles at 20 mph - would not go any faster. 1) at 1,235 miles, should not have broken down. 2) no one, to this day- can tell me what was messed up or why…if I could get out of this - I would. I will never trust this car again, nor would I ever recommend anyone getting it.

We had a new Grand Wagoneer Series III and had to go through lemon lawsuit to get Jeep to buy it back after it sat at the dealership for 6 months. We had a 2019 QX80 before and loved it, but it had a cruise control issue that they had not sorted it out yet. We decided to try the QX80 again after driving everything that was remotely reliable. Wife and I both loved the new screen layout, what a refreshing break from the complexity of the Grand Wagoneer! Everything you need is in reach and you can access in seconds without distracting from driving. We love the power, handling with the hydraulic motion control, and the comfort! Amazing highway cruiser and love the isolation from the road while still being sporty on the windy roads.

Qx56 2011 built for comfort

I purchased my 2011 QX56 as a used vehicle. This was my 1st Infiniti and I generally enjoyed all it has to offer. The only problem I have with this SUV is the battery drain. If the vehicle sits for 3-4 days without a start, the battery is dead! I've taken the vehicle to the dealer in CT, but they can't find a problem. However, the owner's manual does suggest that the battery will drain if the navigation system is not turned off. ( if the suv is off, doesnt everything turn off?) The problem, there's no option to turn it completely off. You can only turn off the screen, but the system is still running. I'm interested in purchasing the QX 80, but I hope they've fixed the battery drain problem!
