3rd row for hobbits or small children only.

It's a great vehicle and we really like it, my only complaint is the third row. The design folks clearly have never sat there. We had a long trip and I had to try and put two adults in the third row and very quickly had to get them into another vehicle. The second row is just as plush and comfortable and the front but there should of been the ability to slide the second row forward to allow for adults in the third row.

I bought mine used with about 60K miles on it. Now it has over 100K and no issues at all. I love the way it drives, love the size, the luxury appointments. Even this old, it still looks impressive on the inside. Second row seats are heated which is nice. You can vocally ask the GPS to take you to an address. I love the all around cameras that show the front, back, side and from the roof views. Makes parking a snap! Get a used one as the prices are low. I own 3 Infiniti's and they are reliable!!

Had my 2014 QX80 for nearly 4 years. Nothing but issues. Honestly, it has been by far the worst vehicle I have ever owned. Oxygen Sensors, airbag sensors, and air ride compressor systems are complete junk...just get the after-market conversion to a normal system and save yourself several thousand dollars by replacing the system a second and third time down the road, catalytic converters, timing chain replacements, pulleys that are endlessly going bad..poor paint jobs on the exterior trim pieces, computers that seem as confused as they can be. Now, imagine a vehicle with endless engine lights coming on, no matter where I take it, or what is done, the engine light comes on again. If you can find a shop that is willing to work on these, you will become great friends with the people there. This has been nothing but a money pit and a big one at that. If you don't plan on spending $10,000 or more a year on repairs, you probably should avoid these altogether. For a $70,000+ automobile, I expect better. I thought Infinite was a quality luxury line, turns out it is horrible!!! You can get more quality from Fiat or Chevy. I can't express the amount of caution I would use if you consider buying one of these. I will NEVER, ever, touch another Infinite after this. I don't think it is possible to be more disgusted by a vehicle than we are with this. After more than $45,000 in repairs, we still have no end in sight. Avoid at all costs.

We have had this vehicle for 6 months and have spent $6000 in repairs. Only had 68,000 miles on it when we bought it so we thought we were getting a good deal. All struts have had to be replaced and in the back they’re air shocks and now the compressor is bad. Switch went out in dash so it can’t go between a/c and heat. It has been the worst car we have ever owned. So many problems.

Fantastic Luxery SUV

We had seen the QX80 on the road, but never even looked into them when looking for our Luxury SUV with 3rd row. We drove the Escalade, Mercedes G wagon, Toyota Land cruiser. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the QX80. It's really plush interior, strong acceleration and a feeling both me and the wife described as though it was carved out of one piece of metal. Everything is just so solid. We love the 4wd, laser cruise control, emergency braking along with so many other options, we're just really pleased with this vehicle. We have the hydraulic handling package, not sure how or what it does, but for a large vehicle, handling is a breeze. The 360 view camera is a must but parking lots or open roads are equally very easy to drive in. The only thing we would do different is the 22 inch wheels, they do look nice, but they are very large!
