Got stuck with a lemon
I really got stuck with a lemon and I can't wait to get rid of it. There are things I love about the car. It is big and roomy. The electronics are awesome. I love Apple car play and the navigation system as well as the Infinity stereo system. The leather seats are incredibly comfortable and you can make all sorts of adjustments to get the seat just right. Love the extra room in the back. The problem is that something is terribly wrong with this car. Whenever I come to a sudden stop the car lurches forward as soon as I go again. Sometimes it jerks and lurches when I just am sitting at a stop sign. Sometimes it won't go when I press the gas...it will eventually "go" but only after a big jerk and lurch. It feels like I am driving a car with a manual transmission. This car is brand new and I am scared to death I am going to have an accident in this crazy thing.

So Far, so good! Still good!
This vehicle has met all our expectations. Only complaint so far is that there is a lag in acceleration when pulling out from a dead stop. After 2+ years with this vehicle, still no complaints! Great SUV!

2018 Hyundai Sport, finally a quiet ride.
Buy the 2.4L, 4 cylinder. The 1.6L turbo may provide more horsepower, but there is a hesitation in the acceleration that is not present in the 2.4L. Previously owned a Mazda CX5 Touring FWD and a Honda CRV-EX FWD, while both provided a little more cargo room, the road noise was unbearable and the Honda CVT vibration, when stopped was more than annoying. The Tucson is much quieter, hence, more pleasant to drive. The Hyundai Tucson Sport was not ranked in the top 3 Compact SUVs by most reviews but in my opinion, it is underrated. Entry and Exit of the Tucson is easy, headroom and legroom is abundant. The cargo area with back seats in the upright position is sufficient for everyday use. Apple Car Play is standard and removes the need of Navigation purchase. The only thing we wish it had was either a power passenger seat or at least a passenger seat height adjuster.

Great looking, great value, comfortable
Picked up a new 2018 Limited AWD completely loaded. Only thing missing, winter package and roof rails. Window was 34, 800 dealers no haggle price, 28,999 including the $3000 in rebates. I traded in my 2013 Limited FWD with under 6000 miles on it. Dealer offered me a fair price, but I could have probably gotten another 500 if I felt like haggling. Since time is money, and they gave me a great deal on the 18, I did the deal. Mine is Molton Silver with Black Leather. Looks really sharp. The features in this car are mind blowing. So much technology and it all works great. The ride quality is very impressive, specially on the highway. The handling is much better than I expected as well. It corners like a nice sports car. There is a tad of lag in the turbo, but not enough to worry me. She gets up to speed pretty nicely. The Infinity Stereo is absolutely insanely incredible. The ventilated front seats are amazing. The panoramic soon roof is spectacular. The fit and finish are way above good, bordering on excellent. The mileage is not living up to what they state, but the car is hardly broken in. Love the warranty too. These are built in South Korea with 95% South Korean parts. Good stuff. I love it, and for the money, I can't think of another car that I like as much. This was my 5th Hyundai and the 4thI've purchased from this dealer. I love how easy they make buying a new car. The little 1.6 liter Turbo makes 175 horses which is plenty. It's not nearly as fast as our 13 SantaFe Sport 2.0T, which makes 250 horses. I wish Hyundai would stop using these Hankook Kynergy as the OEM tire. Other than that, I'm thrilled with this car,so far. We'll see what happens when winter arrives.
