Snow Beast!

My wife had the base/cheapest model for 5 years 90k miles and yes the paint is chipping and the oil Pan gasket went at 80k miles but that’s it. Still on original brakes and suspension which is amazing. Holy cow this SUV is a beast in the snow! We drive it with all season tires and just drove through 18” deep rutted out snow with no problem in lock out mode. Always handles normal snow with ease. Again with all season tires.

Crappy engine, huge repair costs.

1-on Nov 2019, I bought a used 2015 Tucson, after 3 months, I went to Jasper in Alberta, Canada where the engine failed, and I was stranded. I paid 2 thousand Canadian dollars to tow it back. And another 5or 6 thousand CAD to replace engine. 2-i bought 2014 Tucson from Auction, and found both engine and transmission major fault leading to not drivable, too slow in moving and exhaust leak to cabin. 3-When I was shopping and visited a dealer, a agent recommend me a car with new replace engine. I promise to God that I told all truth.

I bought a brand new car, SUV Hyundai Tucson 2015, back in November. I' ve to admit that the attracting five years warranty offered by dealer, and the pretty look of the model was a great influence in my decision to go ahead and pay catch for the car. BUT, after ONLY 5 months of driving the car, it needed to be taken to the service center for a couple of issues. I am not describing the firs issue because is not a life threatening matter, because the second incidence is the one that is very serious. Last Sunday when I was on my way to the Church, the car's tailpipe felt down, the complete gasket exhaust pipe felt on the ground, not only the sound was horrible and the experience very scary, but what if the tailpipe would it felt in the middle of the Expressway? After, receiving more than five phone calls from the road service asking what's was wrong with the car, the vehicle was towed to the service center. The car's warranty covered the massive repaired of the entire muffler piece, but the safety question is still in the air, not body in the dealer gave me any better option, the manager never returned my calls, and the sell person didn't give me a better option to either -trade in the car or to go and apply for the lemon law. To make the long story short, I'm very unhappy with the car, not feeling secure while driving with my five years old inside. Please, if you are planning to buy a Hyundai, think twice and read reviews on all the muffler problems.

I purchased this car in January of 2018. Four months after purchasing it my engine went out there was no new engine available or used engine available so they agreed to rebuild it. I kid you not I got woken up by my hubby this morning because he needed to take my car to work because the engine blew up again. I tow it to a local dealer and pulled up my paperwork from getting the engine rebuilt and discovered we only put 3,908 miles on it before it blew again and this time they cant even rebuild it because the block is cracked. Great news thou THR ARE STILL NO USED OR NEW ENGINES AVAILABLE!!! Apparently this is a known issue with the motors. My Hyundia dealer said they have five sitting behind the shop waiting. My only hope is my insurance will total it out if not when I get if fixed I will be trading it as soon as I can!

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Tucson in January 2018. Since January I have had to have a new engine because 4 months after purchase my engine seized and this past weekend my exhaust system fell off of my car as I was backing out of my garage. Not a quality vehicle
