I leased this new 2023 Hyundai Palisade from Chapman Hyundai in Phoenix AZ. Received great service from Alexandra! This new Palisade rides well and am looking forward to enjoying the added roominess!

Started having issues with the front bumper sensors. Apparently a rock hit the sensor. We are paying extra for extended warranty. Ends up Hyundai deadealership and manufacturers don't honor the extended warranty they sell you for chips due to rocks. Worse customer service, and manufacturers and deadealership don't stand behind their sales.

Wife drives car out of state and it has 13000 miles and it breaks down goes to nearest dealer and is told $250 to look at the problem. the car has all factory services
Genesis GV80 in disguise.

Looked at the Palisade in 2021, wanted to buy but no availability. Purchased a GV80 instead due to the deal and on dealer lot. The Palisade Calligraphy has all the bells and whistles. Smooth quiet ride, plenty of space. Great value at price point

Please don't waste your time purchasing any Hyundai cars, especially Palisade Limited. High-end means low-end product. Here are the issues: not reliable, not safe, no customer service from the corporation and dealership.
