Bought this vehicle new in 2013. Since I lived quiet a distance from the dealer, I had most of the servicing done at a local garage with certified mechanics. Kept the maintenance up to date and parked it in our garage. Living in Canada, I put snow tires on it every winter. The car was dependable and other than having to replace the battery there were no major costs other than the regular maintenance. I traded it recently for a 2024 CRV B. Just the base model since we weren't interested in any bells or whistles. The gas mileage on the 2013 was exceptional, a combined 7.9L/100km. Decided to trade before any major expense may occur although I expect that it should be good for another 80000km. There was 230,000km (approaching 150,000miles) when I traded it. Comments from the dealer and sales person that I dealt with was that they didn't expect to see a 2013 that was in such good shape. Their comments didn't seem to increase the trade-in value by much. Sorry to see it go, but we all age, some more gracefully than others.

My 3rd CRV

This was our 3rd CRV. Had a 2007, 2010 and this 2013. Dependable, ran well and really did hold its value. We put over 105,500 miles on it. Never needed anything but oil changes, brakes, batteries and tires. We had a fairly bad wreck in the 2010. Guy at the body shop asked if we were in the hospital. We were sore and had a few bruises, but were fine. Things are built like little tanks. Just traded the 2013 in on a Civic with a Turbo. Turbo is fun! :-)

Honda Crv Ex-l 2013, 2016 and now a 2019. All of these vehicle are well made and a delight to drive. Vacation every year lots of miles no issues. We always felt safe driving in these vehicles. Can't wait to drive my new 2019 on a long road trip.Honda really upgrades their products year after year with the customers safety and comfort in mind. Go buy or lease one and see why. Also my dealers service department is the best.

Exactly what I expected

I bought a used CPO CR-V, it's pretty much what I expected. It's a practical, roomy small SUV that is easy to drive and relatively efficient. It rides comfortably, a little choppy but nothing too bad. It's quiet. I expect it to be reliable and safe. A couple of points: 1) It doesn't come with a programmable homelink (garage door) button! You'll either have to use an opener or get something aftermarket. Maybe it's an option now but mine doesn't have it. 2) Engine is a little underpowered, steering is numb. Don't expect to have fun or love this car. But, all things considered, I would definitely recommend.

speedometer not accurate

I bought it new in 2013. It is a 2013. I am 6feet two inches so it could have a little more leg room. In order to go 50, 60, or 70 miles per hour you have to go two and one half mph faster on the speedometer. This is a fact checked by satellite. My last ford and dodge were exactly right on. It supprised me really as that was the case in the 50 and 60's not today. The other thing I dislike is the flat tire indicator will only hold 5 tires in the cars computer and I am the type of guy along with thousands of others, including my honda salesman, who buys four new wheels and snow tires and put them on myself at the first snow and then of course the car says I have 4 flats so I ride with the light on. All new cars are this way i I imagine. You have to buy 4 senders and have honda reprogram. By the way I let the air out of one tire just to see and the flat tire warning light did not come on untill ten psi. You could be riding with 15 lbs. What a bunch of balony. Norman , Mcveytown.
