04 Civic Si
I was going to buy this car back in 2003, but decided to stay a little longer with my 8 year old car and save some money. I just got the 04 model yesterday and although I haven't being able to push it (break-in period); it feels solid. Engine is quiet upon acceleration and super quiet when idle. Road noise can be felt at freeway speeds, but it is a "sports" car. Compared to my old car, the handling is very precise and the transmission is second to none. Got the car for $17,100 plus tax and title.
Bit of a tripod
I bought this car in 2006, and have not had a single problem. I love taking it up past 5000 (and so does it). You can't give this car too much abuse. It just laps it up. Although, I agree with top gear, it is a "bit of a tripod". It handles like a dream, and accelerates like a bloody rocket! I'm averaging about 30-35 on the highway, and that's at a constant 6500 rpm! I'm pretty sure if I slowed down a bit, I could get better mileage. Nah...

Where's the MPG???
I love my Si. Beat the Mini by a long shot, but I am NOT getting 26/30 MPG. Other than that, I love my car. I look forward to driving it all the time. It rocks. I have the blue - and I have received compliments all the time on how cool it looks. It was a great buy.
LOVE IT
i love my si its great
Love it.
I recently purchased this car yesterday, June 29th, and this is the most fun I've had. I jumped up from a 2001 Chevy S10, which was not the best truck, but was practical. This Si has great room in the front and the back (my head does not touch the top when sitting up in the back seats 6') and has great gas mileage. LoVe It.
