If you like the fit when you sit...you'll love everything else. The engine and trans combo are second to none. Who needs a V6? I never liked 4cy Autos until Honda put this 5sp Auto with their new 2.4 iVTEC. This is the best all around Sedan you can buy, period. I've also been approching 40mpg on the interstate...enough said.
Maybe it's just mine....

But I've had a lot of problems with the brakes. The pads wore out in the first 5000 miles and had to be replaced. Now at 16000 miles, they are doing it again. Also, there have been some electrical problems as well as AC issues. Overall though, it's a great car to own. I'm averaging well over 25 MPG with a lot of city driving. Also, being tall, the redesigned interior is great. Accelleration could use a boost, but that's what I get for buying the 4 cylinder model. The trunk has a lot of room as does the backseat. All in all, I think the Accord is the best sedan on the market in its price range.

This is my first Honda Accord. I've owned/leased Camry's and Altima's before and I'm really impressed! We purchased the EX sedan with side curtain airbags. The ergonomics work very well for us older baby boomers (even the larger radio/clock displays are a nice touch). The only fault I can find with this car is this - I'm kinda bottom heavy (ok, my wife says FAT) and the harder foam rubber "bolsters" puts too much pressure on my hips and make for an uncomfortable driving position. If it wasn't for that, its probably the best car of its type!!!

I am so thrilled with my latest Honda purchase. (have owned 5 over the past 18 years) I considered a Lexus ES330 and an Infiniti G35 but after test driving couldn't justify the price difference. My car has all the bells and whistles and is exceptional for daily commutes and running about town. Honda just keeps getting better and better at understanding what consumers want. If you want reliable, responsive, user friendly transportation look no further that the Accord!! Buy one NOW, you won't regret it.

Had purchased an '04 Camry. The ride was smooth but interior ergonomics was horrible. Driver seat squeaked and front end had a problem they never fixed. Traded it in for the Accord and there is no comparison. Honda DOES know how to build solid vehicles and has one of the better interior designs of any maker. The look and feel of the 04 Accord is the best for the money.
