I have now owned two of these. After my 2015 started falling apart at 85k miles I decided to buy a brand new 2020. Although warranty has covered most repairs I am def selling before the warranty expires. Here is a list of known issues and what the deal would have charged for each repair. - front struts (magnetic) leak -1,800. - oil cooling line leak - 400 - radiator replacement - 1,100 - AC line pinched -400 - steering wheel “o” seal leak -900 - transfer case leak - 1,900 - break caliper leak - 700 - DVD player blacked out - 790 - constantly out of alignment -100 every oil change This is all in a truck that is <2 years old that cost me almost $80k. My wife’s Mercedes Benz has had minimal problems with twice the mileage and repair bills are similar to the Denali -

replaced a loaded 17 SLT - 5.3 with a loaded 20-SLT-5.3. Everything has worked fine, did have to have the antenna replaced (warranty). Other than that zero issues. Primary complaint is the 6-speed transmission has slightly different shift points and overall the truck gets a full 1-MPG less than the 17 did.

I have now owned this vehicle for 15 months. All in all it has been a nice vehicle. The main complaint is the backend is so HIGH up I have to climb up in to load things. I'm 5'6. It has a smooth ride. I feel safe in this vehicle. Extremely nice looking vehicle. It hauls my 5x10 trailer with ease. I buy cloth in any vehicle (it's what I like. NOT leather.) The cloth in this vehicle does not clean easily nor does it look premium as have my other vehicles. For the price very disappointed. Leasing this vehicle not sure if I will purchase or not. Still deciding. UPDATE: 5-3-2023 I have now finished my 39 month lease. I still love this vehicle. It has the room I need, the main thing is comfort, safety and reliability. I live in Michigan so it is perfect during the winter months getting through snow. We took it on a trip two years ago to Florida and I would recommend this vehicle to anyone for short travel or long. It does have a v8 engine so it does take more fuel. But still well worth it. Seeing as my lease just ended. I looked around at other dealerships and vehicles to see if I was missing out on another opportunity for a better vehicle. But I have looked far and wide and cannot find anything that compares to this vehicle and all the perks it has. Therefore I went in today to purchase the remaining balance.

This vehicle has so many great features. The drive is so smooth. The car has a sleek, lean look. Dealership staff was courteous, helpful and willing to work with us.

I just picked up my Black on Black 2020 Denali in Feb and I get so many compliments on it. I love everything about it and it has everything I was looking for in an SUV. I test drove the Denali XL and I felt it was a little to much for me since I was by myself. I recommend Earnhardt GMC Mazda, Buick in Las Vegas if you're looking for excellent customer service and they treat you like family. This is my first GMC SUV and i'm in this for life... Victor B. This is the second Yukon that I've owned. Within the first couple of months, I started hearing a noise once the speed reached about 45MPH. I took it to the dealership and dropped it off a couple of times. Service manager stated the mechanic couldn't find a problem. After the second time, I asked for a mechanic to ride in the truck with me to point out the issue. He agreed that he heard the noise and tried to tell me that it was normal...which it wasn't. Got back to the dealership and the service manager proceeded to tell me to turn the button on the control and it would make the noise go away. He was referring to the radio volume button! Prior to this happening, the front panel wasn't flushed and seemed off. Dealership had to replace the entire back panel and then had it painted. Overall, I truly regret this unnecessary purchase!

Have owned since spring of 2020. Still absolutely love going on four years. No problems at all. Very comfortable practical vehicle.

No question, best vehicle I've ever owned over 50 years of car and truck ownership. It has a quiet and comfortable ride with decent gas mileage (combined hwy/city 19.7mpg with best hwy north of 24mpg). Limited off road use but performed without missing a beat on steep/rocky/terrain. Same in the snow. I have over 95K miles on it with no mechanical issues worth noting. I follow the severe driving maintenance schedule for fluid changes and change the engine oil every 5K miles. Plan is to keep it past 200K miles.
