Somethings Wrong.................
The transmission shift patterns are not up to par! Very Laggy! Will rev to 6K when shifting from 4th to 5th! Dealer says everything is normal.

Buy something else, anything else.
I bought a 2015 Acadia slt in March 2018 with 75000 miles on it. Not being new I expected to have the occasional repair. Right off the bat the transmission was slipping between 2nd and third to the tune of 1000 to 1500 rpm’s. It would literally throw you forward when it did it as if you hammered the brakes. Luckily it was still under the now defunct 5 year 100000 mile warranty. Getting it fixed under warranty is a story for another time. The ac has been a problem the last few years of ownership. This car chews up and spits out bearings like no one’s business as well. I could go on but the moral of the story is gm could have made a really good vehicle with this car. I will likely turn to another car manufacturer before buying another gm product 2015 or newer.

Avoid the Acadia
Nothing but problems with our 2015 Acadia. It’s in the shop 3-4 times a year. Expensive repairs that need redone multiple times.

CONSUMER REPORT RATING ON COMPETITIVE VEHICLE
We were shopping for a SUV that would be able to tow a 4500 boat. We came very close in buying an Acadia until we looked at the competitiion. We chose a new 2015 Dodge Durango Limited because it offered significantly more options for the money and better towing capacity. The Durango also scored better in the Consumer Report ratings as well.
