Solid Large Car -Update 80K miles
It looks like a cop car, people on the highway will move over if you drive a certain way. Huge cargo and passenger capacity. Very smooth powertrain. I have had several minor repairs; replacements of a coil pack, a fuel pump controller, and the sway bar links. All were relatively inexpensive. These replacements were inconvenient but were fortunately not unmanageable. I would prefer that the sum of these repairs had not occurred. Still, I depend primarily on this car an average 25K miles per year.

15 SHO in a CPO
First year depreciation is [non-permissible content removed]. I suggest buying a year old model with CPO warranty. Save a bundle AND get 100k warranty. Replaced my mustang with the Taurus SHO and I don't regret it for a minute. LOVE the cabin size. Some criticize the tight space. I think it's perfect for a sports sedan. Seats are comfortable for a long trip. I have the massaging seat option.... Not sure it's worth the price. Everything is payed out perfectly. Your hands fall instinctively to controls. Arm rests and buttons are well placed. I have the Performance Pack. Upgrades to steering, brakes, suspension, wheels, cooling, etc are well worth the p ice. Only downside is MPG due the change in gearing. Also no spare tire. I'm surprised with all the gadgetry that there isn't a display to SHO ( pun intended) tire pressure.

The st vehicle available
This is the best vehicle for a family man looking for power. That appears as a regular old family sedan

A little feedback from users could have been usefu
10/04/2022 upDate. Backup camera broke. About $750 to repair. I made a YouTube video to show how to fix it for $75 on your own. It was my first attempt and I made a couple of mistakes. If you try this please add instructions in the comment section to explain how to use the camera clip. https://youtube.com/channel/UC0kGzI7A8zigaM-xhrrFalw APRIL 2022 UPDATE At 71K miles water pump broke. It is usually about $350 to fix. The water pump on my Taurus 2015 is inside of the engine costing thousands to repair. There is a group lawsuit by Kessler Topaz law firm 484 270 1496 call and get your name on the suit. Because of the parts and labor shortage it took a couple of weeks of renting a car until the job was completed. The dealership was caught in the middle and they genuinely felt awful about it. *** I like the ride and handling and most things about the car. I wonder why they didn't take the effort to have people try the features. There are annoyances all over that anyone would notice and they could have changed for little or no cost. The 4 dash air vents use the same left right mechanism to aim the air flow as to determime how much air comes out. I either have air hitting me directly in my face or shut off. The center console is too wide and it bixes the users legs. Also there is little room to keep my left leg. Many drivers have a cell phone they use as a GPS but there is no place to put the phone by the dash so I have to use one of those dopey windshield suction cups. Also the USB is inside the center console but there is no place to pass wires so they get pinched when I close the cover. The dash display sometimes gives the option to see the digital compass but not at other times and I dont know why.

SGT SHO from Gaithersburg, MD
I replaced my 2011 Taurus Limited with 29K on it, for a 2015 SHO. Have not regreted it. I LOVE it. This car is the bomb. Fast as hell, holds a curve at 60 plus mph. It's a big car and the cabin is not tight like they say in C&D or R&T. Don't know what they are crying about? It's quite, comfortable and easy on the behind. My wife loves how it rides. She loves the heated & cool seats. On a long drive she puts the massaging unit on and falls asleep. I like the Sport Sedan feel of the car. Quite a few young boys have pulled up in those Asian rice burnners that make a lot of noise and took a double look at the SHO badge at the next traffic light when they catch up. All I can say this car is truly amazing, Thank God somebody a Ford woke up. I keep looking for something that I don't like about it and I can't find a thing. I am always looking out for the Cops as this car will go 0 to 60mph in 5.6 seconds. Thank God for the 20 inch tires and the big brakes. Loving the experience. FYI, You all need to add the SHO in the model box.
