Used 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid Consumer Reviews
Happy so far
Rides well, very comfortable. Not much different than a non-hybrid. The dash display is helpful and not distracting. Have driven approximately 100 miles and averaging about 35 mpg (mostly city driving). Only problem has been with the SYNC- it won't recognize my ipod- so back to the dealer. Overall very happy after the first few days of ownership.
It's a great Ford
My first Ford in 40 years of buying cars. I am getting 34 MPG on short trips of 3 miles or less. 44 MPG on local trips on roads with 25-55MPH speed limits. Performance is surprisingly good with no problems merging etc. Interior is very comfortable and convenient. Leather heated power adjustable seats are worth the added cost. Voice activated navigation with back up camera (should be standard like air bags on all cars for safety) and screen display features is worth the money as well. Car suspension and handling makes driving enjoyable and close to sporty. These Hybrids are eligible for a 1700 federal tax credit too.

Great Car
Perfect, got the 502A package, well worth it. I love how the Ford sync works with navigation. Such high quality, I can't believe it is a Ford. I'm getting high 30's to low 40's MPG. Ford built a fun factor in a hybrid. Much better than the competition. The interior feels like a luxury car. Nice handling too.
The Closest "No Compromise" Vehicle
After owning our FFH for about 4 months now, we can't say enough good things about the vehicle. We traded our SUV for it and still have our Prius which spends a lot more time sitting in the garage than ever before. I have never been a Ford guy in the past, but this vehicle has completely changed my perception of the quality and design of Ford products for the better. I think this vehicle is the closest you can come today to having a vehicle that gets great gas mileage without having to compromise in any way. The car is beautiful inside and out, is put together flawlessly, and has been averaging between 36-40mpg in mixed driving. Nice job FORD!
Poor Gas mileage
I've had my 2010 Fusion Hybrid for 6 months and only get 31 mpg city/hwy. From everything I read I'm one of the very people owners that is getting this low of mileage! Dealer said that because I drive a short distance around town, that is what I will expect. I have driven 60 mi. plus and still can't get over 31 mpg. Ford advertised with city driving, you would expect the best gas mileage, not mine! I have talked to Ford Corp. and depending who you talk to I've gotten contradicting explanations. This is my only complaint with the car, but I bought it thinking I would get much better gas mileage, like reported. I can't imagine if I drove in cold weather what I would get.
