This car exceeded my expectations
This car was technically before it’s time. I am shopping for a car now because I no longer need this much room. I am finding it difficult to find a car that has all the bells and whistles this car has seven years later.

Flex Love!!
Bought my Ruby Red Flex Limited new in 2013 and it is my favorite of all the cars I have ever owned, almost equal to my 1995 Ford T-Bird. It has been an awesome car with no issues after 68k miles. Was originally going to look at the Explorer until I saw the Flex and fell in love. I like having a car that stands out from others. I love the panoramic vista sunroof, navigation works great as does My Sync. Love the touchscreen as so easy to use. Love the large seats, which is hard to find as most are narrow and short. When people get in my Flex they are shocked at how nice it is and how quiet and smooth the ride is. They always want me to drive when we go somewhere. The Sony stereo with 12 speakers and subwoofer is AWESOME! My husband can hear and feel when I have arrived home! I personally LOVE the boxy look! Have looked at new cars and NOTHING compares. Getting worried since the Flex will be discontinued soon, and thinking I'll have to buy the last year model they make. I really think Ford made a huge mistake in the way they marketed the Flex, as it could have been a big hit.

Become FLEXible in your opinion of this vehicle
Absolutely love this 2013 Flex!!Only sorry we didn't switch from a full sized truck sooner. Thought we needed the truck for its ability to haul, etc., but the Flex is satisfying that need. Gets better gas mileage, and the costs of operation aren't a stress to our budget.

Great car. Great utility. Excellent build quality. Traveled the western states without a glitch and in comfort. Kids are grown. Hard to let go, yes of the car and the kids.

Very Good...Almost Great
Price $3,000 under invoice. I test drove the 2012 Durango on the same day as the Flex. Noise level - much quieter in the Flex Ride - I had a 2007 Durango, and the 2012 is much improved, but the Flex is still as smooth as a sedan. Handling - Durango R/T handles mountain roads better. Little body roll in the Flex unless pushed hard. Drove it in the snow and grade assist works well. (live in Colorado.) Brakes- horrible. Mushy. GM and BMW much better. Ford needs to improve here. Flex seats are very comfortable and soft-you sit in them. Durango seats are harder and you sit on them. Dodge seats have side bolsters that hold you in place- Flex seats have zero bolstering. Entertainment- Durango
