This truck is an absolute beast when it comes to towing our 5th wheel. However, it’s very comfortable and roomy for the entire family and also works as a great family trip truck even if we don’t bring the camper. Love the Ford F350 as it’s always up for the task or project at hand.

2024 F350 Platinum. Getting ready to be assessed a third time for an alarm that goes off unprovoked. Aside from this extraordinary annoyance, it’s otherwise sublime. Just got to get service to get it FINALLY fixed this time.

Bought the Platinum diesel. Very well equipped. No concerns. My second Super Duty bought with no regrets or issues. Not sure about the AC issues but this one seems to be working well.

The security alarm went off NUMEROUS times without being provoked. Got Ford app pics of these to prove it. After the third examination by Ford service, sensors finally replaced. Also had Ford app alerts for 4 different types of electrical problems. Got these pics as well. Bought in Aug 2024 and had to be seen in service 4x thus far. Overall I love the truck and have not had it run poorly, but if these electrical problems don’t resolve, I might look at another manufacturer as I just can’t afford the time it takes to get it evaluated. If I don’t get the alert evaluated then it could possibly affect my warranty (from what I’ve been told). Last compliant, you can’t customize the screens to have specific startup screens. You will have to adjust every time, at least in mine that’s the case. Again, electrical gremlins big and small.
