Just look around, a Chevy or Dodge can never be found towing anything. You can't tow with those trucks. Ford super duty's come with 4 wheel disc brakes, I can tow a 6 ton trailer, carrying a 10,000 pound skid steer loader. You have to buy what works for real men in the construction and towing industry. Listen, 90 percent of all tow trucks built are Ford, case closed. Ford tough to make money, not to look cool and be comfortable, if you want that, buy a Mercedes.

This is the 6.0 desel motor have had vibration problems from day one. IT also has alot of wind noise around the doors. Not what i would expect for a ford truck

I bought this vehicle based upon the advertising in magazines about the towing capacity of the Ford F-350. I purchased the 4x4 Offroad, Lariat, Turbo Diesel. Since I have owned it, it has had the engine light on constantly and a whining noise when I go up a hill exhibiting no energy. Multiple visits to the dealership have not corrected the problem. Finally, this past summer, it " blew off " the turbo charge while I was pulling the horse trailer, on 4 separate occasions. It has been repaired on all occasions. And as Ford corporate states, " the vehicle has been fixed, Ford has met its obligation." Well I have a terminally ill vehicle and would not recommend a Ford Turbo diesel to anyone.

exellant handling-great performance in heavy snow and ice.very smooth ride for a 1 ton. tows 6000lb traler perfectly

This truck has the best tow haul system with the way it knows exactly when to down shift and can stop a load just right. I pull a trailer 70% of the time I drive it and couldn't be happier. It can get on any road and into traffic no problem with or without a load.
