Amazing hybrid
Was excited to purchase my first hybrid vehicle and this truck has so far not let us down. Even my wife was surprised at how much power and luxury features are packed into this truck. I have been finding excuses of places I need to go just so I can drive it. You won’t be disappointed!

Great experience!
I had a 2013 Ford F-150 King Ranch that I loved. I waited patiently for the 2021’s to be available and ordered one through the dealership which I had not done before. I was not disappointed! Love the new interior, large touchscreen and V8. Lots of great innovations in this truck!!

Great except for drivers seat....
I’ve already owned two 2021 F-150’s and just traded the last for a 2020. I love every feature on the truck except for the drivers seat. It’s by far the most uncomfortable truck I’ve ever driven. They hit a home run with the ride and technology, but the drivers station is miserable. The seat base needs to be a couple inches wider and at least an inch longer. The new console robs a bunch of foot space too. My love affair with F-150’s is over. They need to shift some focus back to comfort and away from gadgets like fold down shifters. I gave the rating three stars because of the ride, handling and safety technology. If not for those things, it would have received a one star rating. I wouldn’t recommend this truck to anyone over 6’ tall and 200 lbs. driver comfort is a total disaster.

2021 F 150, Module Problem new truck no parts
We were very excited to order our new truck in April 2021. Did not get it until late August. Totally died and had to be towed 100 miles, less than a month old and 1400 miles. Took over two weeks to diagnose problem of defective communication module with no ETA on module. After many calls to Ford Truck Customer Consumer that were frustrating and futile asking them how can they be selling trucks without having parts to fix them. Still do not have our $60,000 truck, it has been over a month now. No trust in Ford, right now. Extremely disappointed. I realize that this is a difficult time.
