Own a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD. It has the leather/heated seats, fog lights, roof rack, trailer package, touch screen, voice command, climate control, rearview camera, etc. Wow I love driving this car, you are nice and high up and it feels very sturdy. I have 3 young children so we leave the 2 seats in the 3rd row up all the time. Our 2 older kids sit in the 3rd row and the baby sits in the second row. I love that both back rows have air vents and lights. The third row seats each have their own cup holders and trays. We leave the third row up and there is still plenty of room in the back for groceries or a stroller etc. So happy with the Explorer and love the look of it!

Make sure to buy from Reputable Dealer. Ran great for a year then when driving over a bridge, the axel broke almost taking me over the bridge. Tried to get to replace and they about it and said it was a control arm so it's not covered under the power train warranty. Wasn't able to get any information about an inspection they say they performed when purchased. Will never buy another Ford.

Not Lovin It

Owned this car for a year. Tried to love it. Not a real SUV, Doors are large and cumbersome, entrance is easy if you like a sedan, Navigation system impossible to see under certain lighting conditions, and way to complicated software for just plugging in an address. Cargo space is ample, for SUV.Seats not comfortable for long drives, requires constant adjustment. Steering is sloppy, rear window visibility poor, (I know they have rear view camera which is helpful). Exterior is nice looking, interior is like a black hole. Too much space between console and seats and everything falls down and disappears.

Smooth ride and handles great. Over all a great vehicle mechanically and visually. I would give it five stars but the dash functions take a little getting used to.
