Love This Truck
I went from a little import sports car to what seemed a "big" vehicle. I came to love it like no other vehicle I have ever owned. On snow and ice it handles beautifully. For an SUV it gets great gas mileage. I personally don't like 4 door SUV's because they seem too long and ugly so the Sport model was right up my alley. It looks cool, rides great, and is just plain fun to drive.
Brake light
Rear collision avoidance light is WELDED to the hatch. To replace costs over $400; sorry engineering. Also, seat belt for rear pax isuncomfortable and constantely locks up.

best auto that i ever owned
this was my first 4x4.the ride in rough terrain was a pleasure to experience.the controls are well layed out and easy to use..it rides like a truck, cause it is a truck.i owned this vehicle for 7 years and it never failed when the weather was bad..best truck for the money
TANK
This is my first American vehicle and will NOT be my last (Ford). This thing is a WORK HORSE. I pull a 3500lb trailer every weekend and it has done this for the last 3 1/2 years. Very reliable. I have 130k on it and look forward to 75k more
Will drive this one till it dies...
I bought this new in 1996. Fabulous vehicle all-around, no issues, never been in the shop for any mechanical reason. I especially love the tight turning radius. It will do a 360 on a dime. My only complaint is the poor 14/17 mpg. I've never seen the 18/21 it was rated by Ford.
