Used 2003 Ford Escape Consumer Reviews
escape-great mini SUV
I've had my escape-popular XLT '03 for 3 months now. It's handling and ability to maneuver on curvy roads is far better than my previous car...Ford Explorer Sport. It's slightly smaller, though I've been able to fit my camping and travelling equipment with no noticeable difference. It's more fuel efficent than the mid-size SUV's which is a big plus. My only complaints are the awkward positioning of the gear shift and lack of lumbar support/comfort of the front seats. I love the back seat's ability to fold forward for extra space as needed. Need I say that it is one of the more attractive mini SUV's?
62,400 miles and not one problem ever
This was one of the first Escapes on the road. Still looks and runs like a new car. We would buy another one in a heartbeat

Awesome Car
I am 16 and i just got a licence. I was lookin for a small car like a Eclipe but my mom said for safety to get a SUV. I love the Escape now that i have it. Its awesome inside and out, and drives fast. I could afford it, and its a good car even for teens. (all my freinds love it)
I LOVE IT!
This SUV is awesome. It does not feel top heavy. It drives like the perfect car, with enough room to haul what I need. Would not trade it for anything.
Jamie's Review of Ford Escape
This small SUV has been perfect for me and my new son. My husband has his man truck and I have my cute little "truck". I would recommend the Ford Escape to any potential vehicle buyer who is looking for a small SUV.
